"So dissapointed with the whole experience. Made a reservation for my friends and I. One friend works crazy hours and it was the other 's bday so we were very much looking forward to this day. Once arriving we were told our reservation wouldn 't be honored because they were closing for maintenance. They said they tried to call but they called a wrong number. I did not receive an email, either. They seemed like they couldn 't care less. Barely apologizing and didn 't care that it was a friends birthday dinner that was being ruined. I do not believe it was closing for maintenance I think the restaurant was just DEAD and were losing money so they closed down."

Girls birthday lunch, good thing we were not in a hurry because service was very slow! Roman candle thing was nice!

We were turned away at the door because of an emergency health issue which CLOSED the restaurant. The only good point was that the reception staff was as unhappy as we were about this and Bert apologetic. One young man especially helped by giving directions to a nearby shopping center with a variety of restaurants, including a Lebanese cafe which we loved.

last time we were here with a reservation, we had to wait 30 minutes for our table. no big thing. but this time it took a while to find parking and we were 15 minutes late. they gave away our table without writing or calling me. no sweat! the host pursued the company policy without any consideration of the customer service or the situation blind. michelin star restaurants are much more polite and accommodating and P.F chang is not even close to this level. the personal must be better trained and the company policy must be revised.
