"We're making the rounds to find the best pizza in St Augustine and Romano's Pizza and Restaurant was next on our list. We only tried the pizza and the stromboli and antipasto for take away, not the restaurant, in this review. Overall we enjoyed the meal. I thought the Grandma pizza knocked it out of the park, loved it. Crust was fairly crisp but the cheese, sauce, and spices were totally on point. My daughter loved the pepperoni stromboli, thought it was the best one she'd ever had. The antipasto was very good, but we've had better and that may just come down to personal taste. This place is amazing! Excellent service and some of the best Italian food I?ve ever eaten! Highly recommend the Chicken Romano with Broccoli Rabe! Delicious, succulent, and satisfying indeed.

Great pizza!! I drive up ffrom Daytona Beach to visit my folks and eat here as often as I can. I dream about the pizza. Super nice staff. Huge selected of salads. Cleaner menus on the table would be my only nit this visit. Oh an crispier crust. Yum

We came here for dinner with a party of 5. We had a very short wait, less than 5 minutes, and that was just to put a couple of tables together. Our server was attentive but not annoying. The food came quickly and was very good. The only reason we didn't give a 5 overall is that some of the dishes were a little on the oily side. Not all of them, but it seems the cook was a little heavy handed with the olive oil.
