"They refused to take my coupons. The little lady that owns that Subway I'm Greenbrier is greedy. My kid does not like ice in her Vitamin Water snd she also had something to say about that. She told me next time I had to put ice in the cup. Really. I will NOT go back to the Greenbrier Subway. She has been rude for as many years as I can remember. Springfield subway is a lot nicer. The Greenbrier Subway is semi clean and some of their workers are really nice. I just cannot believe the greed she has. And FYI she told my 7 year old daughter next time she had to put ice in her cup... that is the main reason I will.never go back to that subway"

If they weren't in such a rush and would actually pay attention to the customer, as to what they want, this would be a great place. The young man that was helping me tonight did an awesome job. (Wish I got his names !I had kind of a big order with my two kids running around their store. It was empty luckily but he was very very helpful and got everything correct and was super sweet and polite. I couldn’t ask for better service. Thank you subway will be back soon.! Sometimes it’s hard to find friendly customer service anymore! : Food: 5
