"I ordered the avocado toast and the turkey egg bagel I have never been here before so i was so excited to try something new and let me tell youMy avocado toast was extremely salty it was sooo unbearable to eat i had to toss it and the bagel had way too much lemon pepper extremely salty and the egg was so totally fake it wasn't like a pan cooked egg for the price it was totally not worth it ! Everything had way too much lemon pepper and salt i was so hungry and it was very unfortunate i did not enjoy what i paid for!!!!!!"

Great local coffee shop! Nothing fancy, just good music, friendly crowd and good coffee! It's exactly what we wanted and came back the next morning because we enjoyed it so much.

I used to visit Tanners 3-5 times a week when I was in college at LMU almost 15 years ago. It’s still in my top five favorite coffee shops. Every time now that I’m in LA, I make a point to stop in, have a coffee and snack and sit outside to people watch. Right by the beach, GREAT coffee, great people, great pastries, what’s not to like?

It's a nice local coffee shop with a friendly staff that always makes you feel welcome. The prices are a little high, but the coffee and smoothies are fantastic. I haven't tried much of the food, but it looks like mostly sweet pastries. A great spot to drop in and enjoy a quick drink while taking a walk to the beach. I would recommend this place to anyone that's looking for something other than a Starbucks or Coffee Bean.
