Ordered a vegetarian burger. They were out of the vegetarian burgers so instead of notifying me and cancelling the order they substituted it with a beef patty. That’s not how this works!

Placed an order, waited over an hour and didn't get the notification that it was ready. When I went to the store they told me they never made my order because they where out of ingredients. They never even tried to contact me and forced me to go through a third party to get my refund which took 3 days. DONT GO HERE
