"This was my first visit to The Palm in Charlotte. I have been told by some acquaintances that it was kind of tired and dated and not their first choice. However, I loved the ambiance and the food was outstanding! Sometimes the older establishments are the best, and this was the case for The Palm. I had the linguine with clams and my husband had the lobster gnocchi and both were absolutely delicious! Our server was attentive and had a great personality. I highly recommend and we'll definitely visit again!"

The Palm is one of the best restaurants in Charlotte. Their service, friendly staff and outstanding food makes them stand out in an area with great restaurants. We had a wonderful experience as usual. Thanks again for taking care of us.

We had a great experience; and the food, drinks, and service were superb. After we arrived Victoria informed us the valet noticed a tire was leaking when they parked our car. She took care of the situation with the valet company including coordinating with them to have our spare installed. We really appreciated the thoughtfulness and effort taken on by her as well as the parking attendant. Thank you Victoria.
