First let me start by saying the restaurant decor is nice and the staff at the hotel is great. The food however is terrible. Every dish was way over salted almost to the point where it was inedible. The chefs also had some weird flavor combos that were not noted on the menu but I guess they went rouge with. I am literally shocked this place has a Michelin star. Shocked. Also it is very very expensive.

Had the pleasure of eating here for breakfast, lunch and dinner during a multiple weeks stay. Consistently a superb experience with fresh, local and nutritious ingredients. Staff I found amazing and exactly what I like! Friendly, efficient, character and service oriented real people with passion for what they do. One of the highlights was Marco his cappuccino art who kept surprising me with his creations. It is a small thing but makes your day start with a smile. Also Johannes the restaurant manager seems to know what he does and ensures everyone has an amazing stay a real hospitality superstar!

Wir haben hier als Resortgäste an einem Samstag Frühstück a la carte bestellen können und es war phantastisch! Die Auswahl sowohl an Speisen als auch Getränken ist überwältigend. Man kann sowohl sehr gesund und kalorienbewusst (frisch gepresster Detoxsaft, Chia Pudding, gepickeltes Gemüse, usw. , als auch im when-in-Rome -Stil alles was das hedonistische Herz begehrt, bestellen (Shakshuka, pochierte Eier, Würstchen und/oder Speck vom Wollschwein oder Kalb, Pancakes, frisches Brot, usw. Es gibt auch eine sehr grosse Teeauswahl von erstklassiger Qualität, aber das ist bei Tee von P&T auch nicht anders zu erwarten ; Der frisch gepresste Orangensaft war ok, leider etwas zu sauer.
