I like to go to the Czech Republic and came to Karches by chance three years ago. At that time, the leberknödelsuppe and the Sauerbraten tasted really well. I didn't see any name or place at that time. Half a year later, my son watched the cook professional, came to me and said that there is a Franconian hostage.
