"Was born and raised in Grand rapids. Moved away several years ago. Had the opportunity to come back. I look forward to a Vitale's Pizza. What I had was not a Vitale's Pizza. I've had better Frozen pizzas than that. Absolutely no cheese. The crust was something I've never experienced on a supposed Pizza place. Pizza service sucked would not recommend this place. It's just nothing more than a glorified franchise with a whole bunch of TVs"

"Ordered the Chicken Parm pasta that cost $25 plus a $1 cc fee and it was awfully bland. One piece of chicken and the rest is taste less pasta. Asked for a refund because I hardly touched it and they said no even without a “No refunds” sign. I do not recommend eating from this business for overcharging for tasteless pasta!"
