"The staff at this restaurant location is rude to customers. This morning, I was served by the shift manager who was very unpleasant. The biscuits and sausage I ordered were cold and undercooked. I have complained before but never received a follow-up call from the general manager. On the other hand, I visit another Bojangles location in Troy, NC where the food is always good and the staff is friendly. Each time I go to the Bojangles in Albemarle, NC, there is always a problem with the staff or food."

"Went there to have lunch with my favorite women I worked with. We enjoy going as all food there is hand made. The food tastes great and the service is as well. The employees are happy, smile and talk to patrons. They are known for their desserts. My friends ordered their strawberry dessert before they ate lunch. If you are looking for a homemade lunch, I definitely recommend it"

"I had a fantastic experience during my visit! Considering the recent food shortages in many restaurants, I was pleasantly surprised to find everything I wanted available. The new chicken sandwich was a standout, especially for someone like me who grew up enjoying iconic recipes. However, I do hope the potatoes and cookies could be improved."

"Made a $39 order a 8:23, my order did not arrive until 10:20. I called the store maybe 20-30 minutes prior and was told it was on the way. When the order did arrive AFTER TWO HOURS the food was cold. We informed the driver that we did not want it and he did apologize (nothing against the driver) because they’re short staffed. I called the store and spoke with the manager and was informed that I would only be able to get a $15 credit. B-LLSH-T!!!!!!!! This store is literally 5 minutes or less up the street; we were willing to pick the order up if we were informed that they were short on drivers. I know losing one customer isn’t SH-T but I’m pissed and wanted you all to know this. Hopefully this was a one time incident….doubt it, but hey. Well…… I’m eating Popeyes Chicken tonight!!!!!"

"I tried to make an order, and I have no one to answer the phone in the store. How should customers be able to call orders if no one ever answers the phone. I tried to call for at least 20 minutes and not get a reply yet. The only way to pay an order online for picking up your duty with a debit card or credit card and there is no way to change it to pay with cash in the store when you pick up the order. I am very disappointed that I could not place my order unless I go to the store and place my order. You need to have someone there to answer the phone and various payment options for online ordering website not used to any cards."
