"Asked for the commercial promotion and I guess I didn't pronounce it right. So I was rudely told we don't make patty melts. Common sense would have kicked in for me and I would have asked the customer if they were speaking of the promoted grilled cheese with a double patty. Duh! It is just food. Not brain surgery. I never want to put any business in a bad light,but ya'll need to do more training with your employees. We don't have many places to eat around here,so step it up.I drove an hour,for some disgusting coneys and a bacon toaster with ketchup, lettuce, tomato ,pickles and, onions . No meat patty. Sadly I will not return and you have lost 30 years of business from my family. Do better."
