"Punjab Kabab has become a weekly dinner for me. By itself, it has given me an addiction to indian dishes and has me seeking out other indian restaurants frequently, however, NOTHING has ever matched the flavors of Punjab Kabob. Something about their meals have a taste that is unbeatable. Sometimes it may be a bit heavy on oil or a bit too spicy for my own taste, yet on most occasions I'm actually having the best dinner of the whole week! The actual interior is deceptively plain and old, but the dishes make up for it with fresh ingredients and surprising quality. The cook/owner is real friendly too! Favorite dish Palak paneer with a side of garlic naan!"

"We had a big anniversary afternoon tea there. When we arrived, the tea room was almost just us, people came after the afternoon. They offer many loose leaves of tea choices, and many are child-friendly and with healing or improving the health effects. We ordered high tea and an afternoon tea, filling for both of us. We had no lunch and a light breakfast. And then we went all the calories we took in such a walkable city. Much to see. Parking in the nearby parking lot. A reasonable price, too."

"This restaurant is a gem of Arbutus. Classic, friendly, quick service, great food, satisfying portions and an “feel at home” atmosphere. The menu is appropriately large, something for everyone! Daily Specials, Burgers, Seafood, Soups, Salads, Breakfast, Desserts and much more. Everything was delicious. There’s takeout and dine-in with plenty of seating (bar/booth/table seating). "We visited your bar early Sunday afternoon. The food as always was amazing but the service was HORRIBLE. The barmaid actually stole a lottery ticket from us, we played Keno and the ticket said we won a free fast play game, we watched her take the ticket, redeem it and throw it away. She then proceeded to tell us all about how the staff got covid and now no one wants to work and she's over worked. She even told us she can no longer have kids, was hungover from drinking at work the night before and then turned the jukebox down to help her head. Save time, eat elsewhere"

"So pleased with this local eatery. Our nomad travels took us thru this area and we're glad we took a few moments to enjoy the food, service and ambiance. Top of the list is the Catfish Platter and Crab Lump Soup. YUM! Also the Vegetarian Black Bean Burger and Sweet Potato Fries were the BEST I've had. Everything was so satisfying on a 10/10 scale that we took an order of Vegetarian Lasagna to go. YES now we're all set for yet another Great meal from Our Recipes Cafe."

"Really nice bubble tea cafe. Has some cool options as well as some really affordable prices. Staff was nice and the interior was pretty clean as well. Overall, enjoyed the experience! Would come again. Parking was a little tough though."

" I visited on August 13th. I placed my order, paid, and sat down. I asked to use the restroom. The person behind the counter said that it was only for the staff. I believe that any restaurant that serves the public must have a restroom available. Sat back down. Cashier seemed surprised that I planned to eat there. Most everybody orders takeout. Food is okay, but not worth the hassle."

"Just ordered food from here for the first time ever. Moved to the area about a year ago and hadn't found a good sub shop yet..til now. Omg this Italian cold cut is amazing!! And the mozz sticks! Tabitha, who I placed my order with, was super friendly friendly and helpful also! My bf ordered a cheese steak he said he hadn't had one this good in quite some time. "Aloha for everyone! Thats the best description i can think of. If ya miss that L&L Hawai'ian BBQ style from Oahu or Big Island, then this is that spot if ya in MD (u kno da kine) to get your fix. Everything from Musubi, to Saimin...kalbi short rib to bbq chicken mix plates. Loco Moco and garlic shrimp. Been goin since it opened. Oh dont forget the 2 scoop rice and mac salad! "Great food! The service is meh. For example, it took 5 minutes to get my cup of water refilled when I brought it to the counter (they prepared and order and took a phone call in between taking my cup from me and filling it). And the seating isn't that great. But the food is very good. The tacos are good. The tostadas are good. The quesadillas are good. Other things are probably good too, but I just always want tacos. Parking: Usually spots along the street, but sometimes it gets full."

"I agree with the positive reviews of this restaurant. The service was good, the food was delicious, and the beer was cold. The environment was clean with occasional water views, possibly due to climate change. The crab cake sandwich was fantastic. I recommend requesting a toasted roll to make the bite more solid, and then this place would definitely deserve a 5-star rating. The Maryland soup was also outstanding. Well done!"

"I asked for sesame noodles for my son. It was noodles tossed in peanut butter. ? What if he had an allergy?I ordered bourbon chicken. It was tiny red fried bits of chicken, I think?I took it back, they gave my back.I got Shrimp Egg Foo Young for my father. He enjoyed then had to go recoup bc the MSG was kickin his but. Terrible headache from the sodium in MSG. I had to go to Rite Aid to get Pedialyte. :(I did not want to post but I thought maybe this could help someone else."

"Food was terrible ????. I ordered beef yak and got lo mein instead. Beef was nasty. I won't ever come here again. I really had a taste for Chinese today and this really messed up my appetite. I never give reviews but there getting one today. Negative 5 stars!!!!!!"
