"We recently had dinner at Rosa's and were delighted by the delicious food. I ordered the lasagna and my husband chose the manicotti, both of which were excellent. The portions were so generous that we were able to enjoy a second meal at home with our leftovers. We are already looking forward to returning to try more dishes and to enjoy their famous garlic knots."

"In order to do this review I had to put one star but very disappointing. Bugs crawling in the pepper and I pointed out to the server and he just took it away.. I called over the manager and told him he said “there’s another one on the table..use it” seriously rude and flippant. Ruined my appetite. They need to clean up their act. One bite of my food tasted scorched and was actually scared to eat it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1"

"Every time I visit Yuki, it’s with the hopes that the customer service will improve. Even though the customer service is consistently horrible, the food is normally decent. My last visit both the food and the customer service were horrible. They are definitely not interested in hearing the customer’s concerns or attempting to correct any problems with your order. The daughter is always rude and tonight I got a glimpse of the mother’s rudeness. I would not recommend this place to anyone. It’s the entitlement for me and lack of appreciation for the customer."
