"2 of the 5 people on staff were exchanging laughs, jokes, playing on phones, etc... 1 guy was super stressed about being short-staffed and letting it be seen and heard by anyone.To me seemed like more than enough people there to serve efficiently the single, eat in meal and the family pack to go ahead of me. Oh, and the 2 cars in line.I get we all stressed but for some it's of your own doing.make those two people work and things be rolling!!"

"If I could give my experience 0 stars I would. Being someone who worked in restaurants I always have a positive attitude when initially coming to a restaurant. I have never experienced such nonchalant disrespect, from management at that. When receiving the food, the fries were not fresh so we politely asked for fresh fries when we were told “those are fresh” which they clearly weren’t. My husband then had to go inside and was told again the fries were fresh until the associate finally looked and saw they were not fresh at all! Food is too expensive for money to be wasted when the solution could have easily been solved. It’s sad to expect bad service and bad attitudes when you go to a restaurant in a small town. Management must be horrible. This location is probably a franchise location. Either way, horrible experience for a simple solution. Not to mention when we received the fresh fries the box was upside down. Just a horrible experience, and let’s not even talk about the greasy not edible chicken. Waste of money."

"I went to this place because my regular Chinese restaurant was closed. I was somewhat disappointed in the quality of the same dishes that I get at the other Chinese restaurant in Batesburg-Leesville. I wanted this one to be good because it would be nice to have a go-to on the days that my regular Chinese restaurant is closed. This one was rather disappointing and they got our order totally wrong in addition to the food not tasting like it should."

"I’ve had a mixed bag of experiences at this restaurant, to be honest. Sometimes the service is quick, but other times the drive-thru staff can be rude, and it takes a long time to receive a small order. It really seems to depend on who is working at the time, as that influences the speed of service and the overall experience. However, aside from that, the place isn’t terrible."
