"Carmen?s used to be a South Jersey institution. I rarely write bad reviews but their phone doesn?t work and I want Carmen?s to stick around. They forgot my sweet peppers, had to get back in line and wait when it would be pretty easy to see and get that taken care of. No big deal. I used to get a gooey, disgustingly delicious buffalo chicken cheesesteak here. This was a totally different sandwich. Chicken cheesesteaks shouldn?t be entire pieces of chicken. Maybe they?re out of chicken cheesesteak? Fine, but there?s no hot sauce, we are south Jersey degenerates, we want a nasty drip of chicken fat, blue cheese and hot sauce to run down our arm. I?m not on the Jenny Craig diet. I really thought they forgot it or I got someone else?s order but if you look close someone tried to put a little on there."
