"EXCELLENT...!!! Renee, our server was cheerful and helpful, explaining everything to me which was perfect bee ing this was my first time eating at Lazy Bee. I met Lauren and Preston the owners who are warm, accommodating, and all around great folks. They made me feel welcome, and assured I got more than I asked for. I highly recommend the biscuits and tomato bacon drip jam first bite and I was in heaven! It is full of robust flavor, crunch from the bacon, and compliments the freshly made biscuits superbly. The jam was so tasty that after finishing it with my biscuits, I had to eat the rest with a fork! I then feasted on The Virginian Bee Skillet GRAND SLAM HOME RUN...!!! The potatoes were cooked to a delightful golden brown. The sausage gravy was hearty, and full of flavor. I liked to the pico added for a bit of tomato to kind of cut through the gravy. The eggs were just perfect. And the fried chicken breast was thick and juicy. The plate was plentiful and hit the spot. Lazy Bee is a fantastic, cool, new spot, and a welcome addition to Berea. I plan on returning again and again!"
