"Great food. Everything is prepared quickly and is fresh tasting. I do wish the atmosphere was better as it is very basic, but I can overlook it because the food is so good. Service is always friendly."

"the staff has been nice to me and my family for years. I feel like vip when we go in. Of course, eating is delicious as always. but the personal makes the experience worth. one of the managers actually comes to our table and speaks to us. She has seen how my children grow from babies to today."

"Honestly, the food is pretty good, but the reason I felt inclined to leave a review is because when our server took our order, it wasn't written down, but memorized. Hey, if you can do it, more power to you! But....when our order came and they brought shrimp tacos, instead of the chicken tacos we ordered, we made them aware of the error. The server did offer to replace the tacos with chicken, but we didn't want this meal to go to waste. Plus, at the beginning of our night, we were told a reservation was coming and we needed to be gone by X time so we didn't want to wait for the corrected meal and feel rushed. The server apologized for the mistake and brought over a single chicken taco, unprompted by us. At the end of the night when we received the bill, I saw that we were charged for the shrimp tacos that again, we never ordered. When I ask the server if we could get it corrected since it wasn't our fault that she didn't write down our order and it came out wrong, she said she'd ask the manager. When she came back, she told us that because the shrimp tacos were eaten and she didn't charge us for the single chicken taco, that it wasn't their fault anymore and there was nothing they could do. Sure, it's only a $7 difference, but it was enough to leave a bad taste in my mouth, but hey at least it wasn't from the food! Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2"

"Excellent food. Loved the chicken schwarma sandwich. Came on warm fresh soft pita bread. It had pickles and fries on it. I wasn't sure how I was gonna like that but the flavors were excellent! The salad was fresh and not too little or too much dressing. The pita and hummus as an appetizer was yummy! Definitely hit the spot."

"i visited while on a work assignment. I enjoyed it. I asked for my boiled shrimp to be spicy, but I didn't taste too much spice. The Jambalaya with Bourbon Chicken was kind of salty, but I would still recommend if you are in the area. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"I had lunch at Wendy’s on 11-20-19 and was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The food was consistent, if not better than other locations, and was presented well. The staff I encountered were polite and helpful, and the restaurant was clean with a nice layout. This location should serve as a training model for others. I have visited many Wendy’s locations in the past and have never given a 4-star rating until today. Good job!"

"Oh my goodness! Two Wendy's in a row. They locked the door in my face. 5 employees were sitting in the dining room on their phones at 4:50 pm, doing nothing and certainly not working. Whoever owns these franchises needs to wake up. Your staff is terrible and you need new management. COVID-19 is over and it's time to run your business like you care about customers."

"have used this location for years. To say that, I must say that this was one of the best stations for my wife and me. We had the pleasure of sitting in a bar stand (which my wife originally did not want), we were visited by the most friendly, knowledgeable young lady I had to wait for. She was attentive, trying to please us. She also had the most addicted bubbly personality I've ever experienced in a waiting staff. She goes through Sam, I hope this gives her some urgent praise for a job very well done!! The food was great, and Sam made it better (if possible)!!! We'll be back and hopefully sit in the bar so we can have Sam back. Thank you. Sam for a wonderful culinary experience!!!!!!"

"Pretty good chain food. Was able to get quickly seated on a Saturday night. Waited a few minutes in the gift shop where we got a few good souvenirs.<br/ Not speedy service, but not bad, we received our drinks, and a basket of DELICIOUS biscuits hush puppies.<br/ Wife ordered Filet mignon. Cooked perfectly, very good meat, and not over seasoned. She was happy.<br/ I had' Ralphs Platter', since I like to try everything in a new place. <br/ Oyster stew, very tasty! Fried shrimp, not bad. Popcorn crawfish, nothing special. Fried softshell crab, good. Stuffed crab, actually had a decent amount of crab in it, not just stuffing. Fried oysters, EHH! Expected better.<br/ <br/ Living in Arizona, the seafood is a real treat for us while visiting here. The service was satisfactory, and food pretty good. On a busy Saturday night we were pleased. My order lasted for 3 meals!<br/ <br/ Food..........B-<br/ Service.......C+<br/ Ambience....B-<br/ Value.............B<br/ <br/ When visiting, We will probably return."

"Good food, good service. Tried Don Juanz out for the first time; I base my 'like ' of mexican restaurants on how good the chips, salsa and queso is..so, Don Juanz gets a 'thumbs up ' from me. The service was fast and friendly and the happy hour margarita was fantastic! A friend shared some of her chicken quesadilla and it was bursting with chicken and cheese and peppers...this was no Taco Bell quesadilla.<br/ <br/ Will definitely be frequenting Don Juanz again!"

"The food was OK. The service was good. The prices were a little pricey. You're paying for convenience and location. We ordered kids catfish meal, shrimp poboy , and crawfish ravioli. The catfish and shrimp had a little spice to them. My little girl said her meal was too spicy for her. My wife didn't say much about her meal. The shrimp poboy was Ok. This not a place we visit often."

"I have visited this restaurant three times and each time it has been very crowded, but they handle the large crowds well. I have tried the cheese sticks (which are more like a thin crust pizza with cheese, no sauce) both times, and the pretzel once. Both dishes are worth trying. There is a wide variety of pizza styles on the menu, and I am looking forward to exploring more options. They also have a new specialty pizza each month, which is a fun experience. Although I don't drink much, they have a selection of different beers, and I enjoyed the Louisiana Amber. My group also appreciated being able to take their drinks outside in an approved container, thanks to the laws in the East Bank. The atmosphere is lively and enjoyable, whether you are on a date or with a group of friends. Like other restaurants in the area, it is definitely worth a visit."
