"The best culinary experience in East Bay! My wife and I have dined most restaurants in East Bay, and our favorite for the overall experience is Bristols Le Central. The food is excellent and creatively prepared and presented, from the articles regularly on the menu such as French onion soup, coq au vin, Steak Frites, and grilled salmon to the specialties such as roast duck, short ribs or scallops. Your wine selection is very good, and we especially like to order either a full or semi-glass wine. Delicious desserts complete the menu. Almost every time we in Le Central dine, we compliment owner / boss Jesse for the wonderful meal he prepares. For the quality and quantity of food, prices are quite reasonable, with most attracts a few dollars more or less than $20. In addition to the fine food we enjoy the decor of the restaurant, soft music in the background, and that we can conduct a conversation without being drowned by background noise. The service employees are personnel, attentive and prompt with the fulfillment of our service requests. Try Le Central. They won't be disappointed. That's the best!"
