"I ordered two BBQ chicken salads with no tomatoes. At first look, they were fine. I got home and moved the top layer of chicken and cheese and found small pieces of tomatoes and old lettuce at the bottom of the salad. Both salads were layered with older lettuce at the bottom, and tomatoes removed. The lady at the windows was very nice about the return."

"It was all as expected, and will be better as details improve. Philly Fries (Lg is saucy enough to bag individually. Youre going styro? Easiest thing to keep everything else clean. The Catfish Combo has one option of side (lose the mandatory $1 upcharge and Rename Catfish and amazing mountain of Okra or give options. If I pay $3 for a 3rd piece of fish? include a 3rd piece. *I didnt complain to doordash bc if something gets left out or wasnt good too frequently, they shame you for saying something and treat you like youre trying to scam. I just want what I paid for. Heads up- yall gave me 2 pieces of fish, not 3. Id suggest having the rest of the menu available for individual order for people who dont order wings. Philly Cheesesteak, burger, shrimp are only available with 4 wings, etc. It was all good tho, yall. Just some constructive notes"

"First time eating here. Was doing work at a business suite in the same building. Walked in on a whim. Was greeted by a nice lady who took the time to give me some background information on the building and its origin, and even gave me a few recommendations on things to try. I ended up ordering two slices of pizza. Tried the original cheese and the meat lovers. Both slices were fantastic. The crust is different from most pizza places but was delicious and both soft and crunchy. I would definitely recommend this place and will be going back to try other things on their menu."

"We went rather late last night, all they had left was fried foods. We ordered the 10 pc chicken tenders family meal. It comes with french fries, bread and drinks. They do not disappoint! I love their food. Only the drive thru was open, but when I can, I dine in. The inside menu is different from the drive thru, either way, it's all good!"

"I'm glad I went and tried this restaurant, but I don't have a desire to return.Food tasted great. Menu is based on season, so I didn't get to try their Fig Salad. Shrimp Po'Boy and Coconut Pecan Cake was amazing.My French 75 cocktail tasted so refreshing, probably one of the best tasting 75's for me.Although hoststaff and waitstaff service was attentive, it felt robotic and cookie-cutter.The food came out so very quick (within a few minutes of ordering), I wondered if they were trying to rush me out if there.If you like sitting outside, their backyard patio looks super cute. I was relegated to an indoor table next to the front door traffic."

"We went to Bottega to celebrate my daughter 's birthday this weekend. The restaurant was completely booked however, they had an early opening at 5:30pm. Our waiter, Luis was excellent he was knowledgeable about the menu and gave great recommendations. Everyone enjoyed their dish which is rare. And the desserts were to die for panna cotta, zeppoles and tiramisu. The tiramisu was so uniquely presented but the taste was decadent. Bottega is one of our favorite restaurants in Napa because of the great service staff!"

"Definitely good. there is a lot of flavor in the Chorizo Hash, but they didnt put any cilantro on it and it was a super small amount of salsa. so it was kind of dry. The Sausage, Egg and Cheese Biscuit good, but I requested no cheese and it was still on there. Over all good food, but they fail on the details."

"The cheese on the Bacon Cheese Fries tasted like the cheese you get at a local baseball park. I mean, if youre paying $6 for Bacon Cheese Fries at least put some effort into your product. Your profit margin was probably 90% or higher compared to your COGS. For the the lettuce wrap Bacon Cheeseburger, the lettuce was soggy and you could barely eat it with your hands. And if you tried, you would eat the plastic/wax wrap they put around the burger. Tasty! : basically, the execution in the lettuce wrap and the wax wrapping was very poor. If they could improve it, I would definitely order it again as the rest of the burger was good."

"I have been trying to find the right words for this visit. A few friends decided to meet here for drinks and a quick bite to eat. One friend arrived before me, so she had a drink. Once I came in, I sat for about 15 minutes, and no one had come over to take my order, so I went to the bar to ask who was waiting on our table no one had been over. The bartender came to assist. He was very apologetic, I ordered a long island, and he brought out the drinks and took our appetizers order. Our waitress then came over to assist, we advised the bartender had already assisted, and we were waiting on one more person. The appetizers came out, and we got the southwest eggrolls. I was enjoying my drink and eggrolls, and out of my peripheral, I saw something on the ground crawl by... I looked around the chair, and just calmly scooting around was a freaking rat!!!!? I jumped up and yelled I 'm done!! Bring me my check now,you got a rat over there!!! The waiter was so mortified and embarrassed, and he stated we didn 't have to pay, again very apologetic. So it 's a NEVER AGAIN for me. ???"
