"Side salad - This was my favorite with a delicious ranch dressing, big croutons, eggs, cucumber, and shredded carrots (I asked for no onion and tomatoes). Smoked wings - JA enjoyed them, but I found them too spicy, almost like hot wings. The Texas toast didn't taste very buttery but had a nice crunch. Macaroni - JA thought it was just okay, but not bad. Sweet potatoes - JA liked them, but I found them too sweet, even with the addition of pie crust, which is my preferred way to eat sweet potatoes. Collards - Initially very spicy, but on my second visit, they were seasoned perfectly with bacon and not too spicy. Deviled egg potato salad had a strange, sweet taste and did not taste good. Slaw - Very finely shredded but tasted good. Banana pudding - Just okay and only came with two Nilla wafers, which was disappointing. I would prefer a box of cookies with it. I would recommend the salad, collards, and slaw. The pimiento cheese spread was excellent, rated 10/10, and the toast that came with it was an 8/10. K loved the Arnold Palmer drink. The roasted wings with sauce on the side and ranch dressing were a hit with all, rated 10/10. The pork sandwich, macaroni, and fries were all average, rated 5/10 by M. The pizza with sausage was rated a 6/10."

"We went to eat and not earlier than we got our food and sat, we saw SEVERAL ROACHES on the wall next to where we sat. My husband, we got an employee and his comment was that we were aware of the problem and called someone we ended up putting our food in the garbage and we were not even offered our money back or even an apology. At this point they are lucky to get even 1 star."

"Diane the manager is a major Karen. She wouldn?t honor when I couldn?t pick up my sub on my BIRTHDAY yesterday. The nice employee Janae was kind enough to let me come in today. Diane, being the typical Karen, refused to give me my birthday sub. Wow, typical stereotype. 0/10 customer service, do better Firehouse Subs. Diane was rude, disrespectful, hung up the phone, and deserves to be fired. You lost a long term customer."

"In general, the experience at the restaurant was positive. However, the main issue was that despite making a reservation through OpenTable, we were informed upon arrival that the restaurant was not currently using OpenTable for reservations. They assured us that our reservation time would still be honored. After waiting for about 10 minutes past our reservation time, we inquired about the wait time, only to be told that they were unsure how long it would be, but that we were fifth in line. Fortunately, there was seating available at the bar, and from that point on, everything went smoothly."

"This use to be a favorite spot, but we have not been here for a few years. When we arrived it was pretty empty. We found out it was under new management. The menu was the same, but the food was not. Appetizers were good. Their babaganoush was good and they have a feta cheese roll served with a marinara sauce that was good (the marinana was very good I think thats why the rolls were good). The entries however were not very good. I had lamb kabobs. It was plain basmati rice little pieces of lamb that were very over cooked and a pickled salad that was like drinking straight vinegar out of a bottle. My wife had the vegtable tava that was nothing like she remembers. We also ordered dessert a thin creme brulee."

"Haven't been to Romano's Macaroni Grill in years. Apparently it has fallen on hard times. We wanted to revisit what years ago was a great experience. It wasn't convenient to go to Buford, but we discovered the Atlanta location had closed. It was a hot day, so it didn't help that this location's air conditioning didn't work. It must have been over degrees! We "braved it" out, since we came so far. And why was the floor so sticky everywhere?! Overall, the dining room is in desperate need of an update. The faucet was running uncontrollably in the ladies room, but at least the only place the air conditioning was working was in each restroom. Well, it wasn't all bad, as the food was good and our server was understanding and attentive. I felt bad for all working there, in that heat To make it seemingly worse, the 'in full view' kitchen had these long gas driven flames shooting upward in full view. Necessary for flash grilling? (We requested seating away from the kitchen in the attempt to get away from these additional degrees of heat,"

"Don’t pass up this place. You think buried in the back of the antique mall that it might be quick type food. It’s not. Food here is unbeleivable surprise. Especially for the “foodies” typical of Atlanta. Everything prepared from scratch, flavors and quality are top notch. Even desserts. Truly prepared by experienced chefs. Why stop at fast food or chain restaurants when you can have this. Nothing fancy for dining in but it’s all about the food."

"I have an evening with some friends. eating was delicious and atmosphere was nice. they would have used another employee to help or the girls, could have been more attentive and to what had to be done. for example we received food without cutlery. then we received silverware without serviettes. they are the little things that make a difference. "me? so great dinge heard about this place, so maybe we caught them in a really bad night? still it was terrible. no hostess. we sat in the back in the bar area with a waiter who did not want to be there, and ignored his three tables in principle simply. super slow. no energy. no refilling. several dinge on the menu were available brisket, ripen, pommes . he brought the wrong eating several times on the wrong tables. when he found out, he simply turned over the already stirred food. he finally stood in the middle of the room and called out the names of the courts waiting for someone to claim them. simple questions were forgotten immediately? I miss the mac and cheese side, can I also get grill sauce? next is he standing in the middle of the room that yells out? but forgot the sauce. several people complained not to get a page at all. he mentioned something about the kitchen or something. the tables were badly stocked, had to go to several tables to gather like serviettes and ketchup for us. but good news! he crashed around a table that left despite our attempt to get his attention. eating was pretty good, I'm sure it would have been better hot. restaurant experience in a long time. so disappointing."
