"We have lived here for two years, two years, and I am annoyed because we have not yet stopped in this place! I have read the recommendations on Facebook groups and I have even seen the reviews on Google, but I'm not sure why we haven't stopped here until today. It's not like we live in another situation, we live in Chester. Anyway, this place is amazing! Love the clean homey feeling of the dining area and the server made you feel at home. She was very attentive and made sure that we were all right when we wanted to refill, and if we were satisfied with our meal. Service and atmosphere aside, the food was amazing! I love the sriracha honey wings! Some of the best wings I've ever had! Had some crispy pieces on the outside, juicy on the inside and the spices and sauce were on point! I had pasta, I don't remember the exact plate name, but it was shrimp with crushed spicy sausage in a Cajun sauce. All right! Had a nice little kick, but not too crazy, though I can handle crazy. All about my meal was great overall. Hubby had the buttermilk battery chicken sandwich, but I didn't get any taste of it (was too full of my own dish), but I tried his fries that were also really good! He had said it was a good sandwich, but the bread chicken ratio was a bit off. He loved the bread, but it was too thick for the chicken. He said it had a Mayo sauce that was good. We noticed that they also have a bar. We'll have to bring our son with us for the next time, because he's as much of a meal as we do, and we both know he loves it as we do. Great place for families, date night, or just to hang up for a few drinks."

"This is the fairest rating I can write.... we were recently in Chester, VT and ate here both nights and reservations both nights - definitely a reservation!! The food, the beer, the atmosphere are all top notch- I can't blame anything on these fronts! We had such a great experience in the first night that we made a reservation for the second night of our trip. The second night... started well... but we waited long for order. I wasn't really interested at the time, they were obviously busy and short employees, and I thought... "I'm not in any special hurry, I'm on vacation." If I had known how the evening would end, I would have rejected the staff who insisted on ordering immediately. We had a great meal with great drinks and decided that we would only bring their amazing sticky great pudding for desert the bill and said that the next reservation would be there in 10 minutes and that we had to go. This policy has actually not disturbed me - it is quite popular, but normally you are told before you sit down that you are limited to 90 minutes and it should be a grace time when the waiting staff is responsible for you because they are very slow. In addition, there was a table of regular guests next to us, who ordered a few drinks, never ordered food and were allowed to be there all night while they pushed out the tourists as soon as possible. For this reason, we will never go back again, I understand that the regulars are important, but it does not feel very nice to be treated as a tourist in this way."
