"Wow!! I have driven by this place many times. Last night I decided to stop and try it out!! We were greeted immediately and seated. We do not speak Spanish, no problem! The food titles are in Spanish, but is completely well descripted underneath in English. Do not be intimidated, the staff are amazing and helpful! The ceviche was fresh with the best flavors. I had the shredded chicken with rice and beans. I will go back 1,000 times for it! I can't say enough good things about this place. I will tell everyone about this restaurant! GREAT EXPERIENCE!!Gracias!! ?"

"Hubby and I were looking to enjoy a pizza dinner from a place off the main strip in Clearwater. This came up in my searches so we headed there a few days ago. Good thing we came early and the tiny restaurant was already packed! Many patrons had to sit outside to eat here, in 100 degree heat. We luckily were seated at a table for two inside, as it just opened up before we arrived. Our server, Lani, was friendly and prompt. We split both a Cesar salad and the small margarita pizza. It was enough food for two people. After we finished the pizza, Lani brought us a few samples of their gelato. We were full but the gelato samples were delicious! We highly recommend this restaurant, although if you want to eat inside, arrive early!"

"Unfortunately there was confusion of who was serving us and why we were there. I think a cultural barrier was inhibiting service. We had to get up to get a server a few times and the bartenders weren’t sure how to make the drinks listed on the menu. I’m assuming it was because of either new management and/or new employees. Either way the atmosphere was great, the drinks were awesome (once they learned how to make them) and we enjoyed our time since we were very patient. I think once the kinks are ironed out it’ll be a top tier."

"Make these 15mins until midnight on a Sunday and drive all the way back to Clearwater. Apparently hungry, I turn the light of an open sign to the right. Impulse is coming and I'm going for it. Apparently busy, strange, must be good, even the opps are there. I'm super undecided, so I ask what I should get and calm down on the Gorditas that ive never had. 15mins later and amazed. They poured their heart and soul into them. 10/10 late hours are super comfortable. A must from otw to clwtr and I stop? in the future make many more stations. Great job guys. I hope everything else in the menu is just as good"

"I love this place!! My friend and I stopped here for lunch about 2 or 3 weeks ago. I’ve been back numerous times since then getting my Greek salad or veggie bowl with or without grilled chicken. Fresh veggies for my salad, chicken that’s grilled right in front of me. Yes, it will take some time because the food is cooked to order and so worth the wait!! I always end up talking with the workers (mother and daughter duo) who are extra nice. I’ll be back soon; thank you all so much!!"

"Alfano?s is the BEST Italian restaurant my boyfriend and I have ever been to. We are on vacation and wanted to go somewhere nice for a date and this place did not disappoint. We had the most amazing moscato wine followed by some amazing bread and Parmesan asparagus. We split the chicken tetrazzini and it was amazing. We also got tiramisu for dessert and wow it was so good!!! Definitely you should come to this restaurant because as you can tell by my review, it was amazing. Also the service was great!!"

"The server spent more time with the table next to me, who was a childhood friend he hadn't seen in a long time. He did not attend to me when needed. I wanted to change my order, but he was not available. He returned to chat with his friends instead of checking on me or bringing my food promptly. When I asked for my check, I had barely eaten any of my food due to the uncomfortable atmosphere. The staff showed immaturity and bias, and it seemed like they made an effort to make me feel uncomfortable. I felt like they failed at providing good service and I won't be returning to a place where I am not treated with respect. The overall experience was disappointing."

"The only thing we really enjoyed were the sweets before our order was served, the food took over 30 minutes to arrive, I ordered the eggs benefits , they arrived just warm, the hollandeise sauce had no flavor and the Canadian bacon was overcooked, my wife ordered over easy eggs with Canadian bacon, the eggs were cooked right, but the Canadian bacon she ordered were more like hockey pucks, way overcooked. The diner has personality and interesting decor, but that's about it"

"We had ordered a cauliflower pizza. It came burnt on the crust and the bottom. We waited a long time for the pizza. The manager said that they make it with a charred crust. He would make another one and we would have to wait again. A good restaurant would have adjusted our bill. When leaving I looked at other pizza and none were burnt like ours. I so mad that I did not take a picture to back this up. Anthony’s will never see us again."

"In this day and age, I am always looking for fun, great value and superior quick service. The Windward has it all, just like Bogey and Bacall. Whatever I asked for, even though it was unusual. the staff accommodated me, The food, chicken and a biscuit and potatoes. was much better than boring bar eats. The staff, Jessica and her teammates, handled my requests right. and I was treated like royalty by the Manager at Sunday brunch. Dinner on holidays was a gtoup effort, it was so memorable. I treasure my visits with my family and friends in 2022."

"The first time there today and my new SAT/Sun morning hang out. $20 floorless/single vodka drinks... Yes. I watched several food plates past and the presentation was on point (I like to see myself on such things. "Food is delicious.Recently went in just to get a VietCoffee and they were getting slammed pretty hard.I ended up waiting a while for just a coffee but I wanted to drop a review and say it's WORTH the wait if you ever go in and have to do so.They made sure to continually acknowledge me despite being VERY flustered clearly and running around like crazy. They were clearly very nervous and stressed but made sure to give me continual updates and apologize for the wait. Most places would just ignore you or forget but...Getting busy happens, and you guys handled it gracefully with good service.The pho, the food, everything... Fantastic. I would eat this as often as I could, to bad I don't live locally."

"My first impression was as if I had gone back in time. First because of the decoration of antique lunch boxes and cans, but more important because of the genuine friendly greeting and service. I feel a positive energy here and overheard several other tables mentioning how they liked their meal. Rated the bulk at a reasonable price. I had breakfast, but the salads looked good. This is a beautiful escape to the past from 2022 passes right in front of the doors of this center Clearwater Gemstone."

"My wife had the Ribeye Steak and I had the Fishermans platter; shrimp, sea scallops and a piece of Grouper. Wife said one of the best steaks she has eaten and my seafood was awesome. Ordered it Blackened and it was great. Max was our waiter and he was great. Thanks for the great food and service. Definitely coming back when I'm the area!"

"we went on Valentine's Day (party of round we didn't even think it was a holiday and a reservation. when we were there, it was full and it was waiting for at least one hour. we gave them our phone number and waited close before one of the servers came out and said if someone wants to sit on the bar and eat, then we can go in instead of waiting for a table. we took them on the offer. everyone waiting for us was nice and professional and accommodating. we ordered ribeye and new york strip together with salads french french broccoli and of course the free brot with butter. we also ordered perfect margaritas sugar instead of salt. they are all, but they are big and they get the whole shaker. While my husband was eating, he saw some seran wrap in his eating, but everything was so perfect that he didn't want to tell the manager. So I informed her and she compensated for the entire meal and offered to make his whole ribbed eye, but we went back. I brought my left overs to home and the next day when I ate them, I got a crispy bite that made my body like sand crumb, but really badly hurt. I spit it into my hand and it was a black kiss. even if everything was perfect, we shouldn't have found any rough items in our food. with the Comped menu was our bill round or we left a tipp on our main server."
