"To begin with, we ordered the Cinnabon balls but never received them; they weren't even listed on the receipt. The staff member seemed unsure about her responsibilities, telling us that she couldn't fulfill certain requests until she consulted with the manager, only to discover she could have done what we asked all along. Additionally, we noticed her attempting to hide while she was eating. However, the most significant issue was when I ordered a quesadilla and, upon getting home, discovered that the package was torn open, with all the filling pushed to one side of the tortilla."

"Great little find in downtown Collinsville. Located in an older building so the walls are the original old brick. TV's lined up above the bar. Good variety on the menu. I have been here multiple times and always greeted immediately and a diet Pepsi thrown in front of me before I can even ask. My favorite go to is the mushroom burger. They offer a good variety of sides but the regular fries or the coleslaw is the best. If your feeling like a steak they do have a Ribeye that is really good. Especially on the Sunday brunch menu. Overall great food, your really can't go wrong. Special thanks to Paige, Faith, Casie and Manley for the great consistent service."

"Not a big Popeyes Chicken fan, but recently visited St. Louis, Missouri about a week ago and Popeyes was near our hotel in Collinsville, IL which is 15 miles from St. Louis . My boyfriend and I ordered a 5 piece chicken tender with fries, and once we began eating the food; The chicken was undercooked, very rubbery and felt like we were eating gum, and seemed as if the fries were not fresh and seemed to had been sitting out for hours having a stale taste. Fresh food should be #1 top priority and if and chicken is cooked or fries dropped it needs to be checked for quality before being served to customers.We had a stomach bug for 2 days of constant constipation. ?"

"if we ask if we want to order drinks, show them on the menu where it said $5 bahama mama what I want. they get the bill, they were $5.99 the waitress said there was a sign behind the cash they were charged. a sign behind the bar, where we don't even sit close, should they say the menu was wrong, I would probably try something else."

"The man who took our order was gruff and terse. As if he didn't want to be there. The pizza was not homemade. The crust was was pre-made like a Pizza Boli crust you find in the grocery store. "I've actually ate here several times before and I have to say that it's always been good, the waitress checked on us in reasonable times to make sure we were always good and didn't need a refill or anything and the food was really good. The reason I gave them 4 stars is because the food could have been hotter. Other than that, everything was perfect. Most definitely will eat here again and recommend it to any who wants some good Mexican food. Also one other thing that I like about this place is, they aren't trying to rush u to eat and get out, u can eat, enjoy your food, talk, do your thing and get it when your ready. It doesn't feel like they are ever pushing u out and even after u pay, the waitress still checked on us to make sure we didn't need anything or need a refill so the service and atmosphere is most definitely friendly and somewhere u can even bring your family if u would like...."

"The steak was not impressive at all. New York Strip. Didn't even look like it normally does! Out of baked potatoes by 630. Appetizers were excellent as usual. The soup was delicious. Based on the price and quality of the steak dinner it was rather disappointing. We shared a piece of the carrot cake! Beyond amazing. After dropping 400.00 dollars I think I will be going somewhere else for a steak! Maybe I'll come in for drinks in the bar and appetizers. I did enjoy the bar before dinner! Expresso and Old Fashions."

"This restaurant has excellent food. I?m never disappointed. Their guacamole and queso are delicious, and I love their shrimp cocktail appetizer. Their shrimp taco salad is scrumptious. I always do DoorDash delivery, and it arrives promptly withoutdelay. It?s always wrapped up tightly as possible to prevent anyone from snacking on the food. The restaurant owners truly careabout their customers. In order to keep my tacos they deliver from being too wet, they put the lettuce, tomatoes, and cheese onthe side within the same carton, but away from the taco shells. Smart thinking on their part. It's good food at a fair price."

"The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service is extremely slow. Every time I visit, it takes forever for them to even take my order at the drive-thru. They ask me to wait for a minute, but then I am left waiting at the speaker for 5 to 10 minutes before finally being able to place my order. After that, I am stuck waiting in line for at least another 15 minutes before I can even start eating. It's just not worth the time it takes to get my food."

"This location is pretty solid until around 4:30 p.m. My partner and I work second shift and against our better judgement, we decided to order from here. We have moderate food allergies so typically when we order we request specific things to be excluded however, this location consistently fails to follow directions when we ask. Night shift needs serious retraining or something."

"Dennys disappointed us. We asked about anything special for kid birthdays, their response was, “We don’t do any of that!” We called the diner they said come on down! Coming from Arkansas, They DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Sang my now 5yr old happy birthday, brought him a nice treat after breakfast! The food was great! AWESOME service staff!!! Nice music. Great “mom pop” diner vibe hospitality!!! Definitely would recommend return again!!!!Kid-friendliness: Treated my kid so KINDLY! Made sure he felt special on his 5th birthday!!"

"I don't know much about coffee, I just drink what's in the break room at work, but it's nice to see a non-franchise chain store on Main Street. For those who like different types of coffee, it looks like they have the options for you. I got a drop of Kaldis coffee and the prices were fair. The atmosphere is beautiful and looks like you have room to grow. The staff was polite and welcoming. It is nice to see a new business on Main Street and this is a good addition to the city. It's different from the late nightlife of the bars."
