"I love red Lobster because the good food but definitely I give this review because Managers need put attention in this big problem, 4 weeks ago my family and I arrived to restaurant at 9:30pm and front desk guy said is closed but door was open and I said google time read you close at 10pm in that day. Today is Saturday and again we was there jun18th 2022. arriving 9:50pm and one guy was in front desk looking for something and he called other guy to attend us in front desk. The second guy said is closed I explained polite way we are waiting before 10 pm and google read they close at 11:00 pm and no able to attend us asked for something he can do to attend us as speak with kitchen boss or any body and said again no. This team need increase the quality in service and apply common sense. if they want close at 10pm need put in google close 10 pm and close restaurant when last client finish or something better. I said thanks to the guy and taken other option one mile near there, it was Texas Road House They read in google close at 11pm today and we arrived 10:10pm and they smiling gave us a table and we enjoyed The dinner despite bad experience today, all is possible."

"This was my first visit to this place and I will NOT be back. I booked a Friday at 6:30. I decided to sit outside because the interior was full. I literally waited 25 minutes before I had to get up personally and ask the hostess if I can help someone outside. She apologized and said yes. I waited 10 minutes before my waitress came. I recognized my order that I had no napkins or cutlery. I had to wait 10 minutes. The food wasn't the best! I had them withdrawing the spinach because it was sooo oily and the chips were so delicate. The pizza was for $15. But I didn't want to take it back because at this point I am STARVING! I just wanted a box and left."

"As previous reviews said, the place is clean. There's a steady flow of customers so the food is always replenished. The clientele type is better than your average buffet restaurant. The staff is attentive enough to replenish your drinks or to take away used plates. The buffet offering is always the same but they are different types from salad to butter chicken, tandoori chicken, goat, vegetable dishes, up to dessert. I would come here even more often if they would add prime rib to the menu. But otherwise an outstanding restaurant and food service."

"Decided to stop for dinner as it was mine and my husband was ten years wedding day. I had never heard big things about this place and was very excited to try. Unfortunately, my excitement fluctuated. When we came in and was greeted by the hostess, she seemed as if we were harassing her, she looked at us and rolled her eyes and muttered. She led us to our table. Soon after the waitress approached us, she took our drinks order. And we ordered an appetizer as well as bacon cheese frits) she rushed us through the order of our appetizer and felt as if she had given us no time to decide. She went away in a hurry and I saw some good looking mix drinks going from other people. When she came back, she gave us our Cokes and quickly dropped the fries on the table. Before she turned around, I asked her about a drink menu alcohol) she's like... In an angry voice When it comes back, I look at the menu and what feels like 20 seconds, you know what you want? I chose a random Martini from the menu and she went away again. She comes back with the drink and takes my food order I order crabcake potatoes and Mac and cheese my husband ordered a cheeseburger with bacon. I didn't expect my food to be good after the service I received so far, but surprisingly it was delicious. When she brought us our food, she pushed it very quickly on the table and my Mac and cheese almost fell off the plate. She's demolished before I could say something. I've only eaten a few minutes and was about halfway through the meal when she comes to the table with my bill and walk a box as she wanted us to go. I wanted to order Dessert because it was a special occasion, but after the treatment I decided that I would no longer give this place of my money. The waitress was very polite and attentive to the table of the nicely dressed ladies, who next to us, as if she fished for a tip. Give us a couple dressed casually. I assume the hostess looked us up and down) We were ready to type them at least 25% if we had a good service. We don't) I worked in customer service I understand how important tips are. And for reference it was not at all busy. Let go of me! This is a small lesson of not judges a book through his cover. Actually, I got a better treatment from McDonald's workers on the street. I would like to rate a restaurant on its food quality and service. The only reason this place has three stars of me is because the food is so delicious. I still regret giving this place a second chance. I don't want to pay for bad service."

"This is by far the best location I have ever eaten at period. It was told to me by a cashier that it's only two years old. I truly hope this food sames the same. You can clearly see they change the cooking grease here. The place it extremely clean. I'm posting pictures so you can see for yourself. I give it 5 stars despite the entrance needs to be improved for those that use wheelchairs. My friend and I help assist a person in a wheelchair gain entry. The doors could be fitted with a automatic open button. The main double door are not really wide enough for some wheelchairs without causes some kind of damage to doors or wheelchairs. But besides this quick fix it's a must visit location. Manager was training at the time of visit and still was serving customers. That's a plus being many managers seem to want things done as they just watch. Two thumbs up for this manager. I must send a shout out to the cooking and the young lady working the line orders. She can really multi task and difficulty someone that can run a fast food or restaurant eatery. I visited this location today February 03, 2021 just before shift change at 5 o'clock. Thanks for the fresh, fresh, fresh food.... I forgot to say that it has a drive thru window. It move in a timely manner as well"

"We were from another state and stayed a few nights in town. We ate at this point and after we returned to the hotel in downtown-Charlotte, several miles away, realized that we left our Ipad on the table. My wife called back there and they had it and the manager offered to bring it to the Mccalisters who are closest to us and throw it away instead of having to go back so far! Can't say enough about how great the manager was and appreciate him going out his way to do this for us. I'm sorry we couldn't remember his name, but in the middle of the whole cuckoo he slipped from us."

"Went to this location today and waited several minutes before we were ever even greeted by the hostess. Once we were seated, took another five minutes before our waitress (Brooke) ever acknowledged us. Brooke made it clear that she was ready to go home and was obviously not wanting to be at work. When we requested straws, Brooke threw them on the table before moving to the next table without saying a word. Brooke may better suited for the kitchen than she is a waitress. She has no customer service skills and needs additional training. Tips are earned, not given. This was made obvious by me not tipping her. I hope for better days ahead for Brooke, but I more than likely will not return to this location to find out."

"After a long shift at the hospital, I decided to stop by this Burger King for a quick meal. Unfortunately, my card wasn't working and I was prepared to give up. However, the cashier, Chase, offered to pay for my meal, which was incredibly generous. I want to thank Chase and the other employees for going above and beyond for great customer service. It truly made my night. Chase, you deserve a raise! Thank you once again."

"I was initially worried there wouldn't be enough meatballs, but they are quite large. If you cut each one into four pieces, there will be plenty to enjoy with the spaghetti—definitely filling! The Cookies 'N' Cream Pizookie was an amazing dessert that truly delighted my taste buds. I would recommend it to anyone who is hesitant about ordering the Jumbo Spaghetti and Meatballs."

"I've been twice both times with my wife and either my father and grandfather or her grandparents when they came to visit. Both times for brunch and the food was GREAT! Had the breakfast tacos the first time which were a hit and the biscuits gravy the second time which were also extremely good. Only complaint was the food definitely took some time to come out both times around, and on the second visit, a woman (I assume the manager) came by without saying a word and picked up my wife's glass and put a coaster under it (we were sitting at a wooden table). Completely understand wanting to keep your dining tables in good shape but just asking would've sufficed and we would've gladly ensured all of our glasses were on a coaster/napkin, just felt a bit rude."

"I don’t really leave bad reviews on places, but this place was just flat-out bad. The cheese grits were dry, and the cheese was barely spread over them and not even really melted. Like how do you mess up grits and then serve them bland and dry? The biscuit and sausage gravy was bland. I didn’t even taste the sausage in the gravy. I had to add black pepper and hot sauce in order to make it tasteful. My girlfriend got pancakes, and the syrup they had was actually bland. Like it wasn’t sweet when I tasted it with her. I had the fried waffle, and it was huge and heavy. I couldn’t enjoy it with the syrup because it was practically tasteless. The waitress didn’t refill my water once while I was there.The biscuit itself was the only redeemable thing that I ate there. It was, in fact, good for me. The environment was nice and cozy. The ascetic in there was nice. But, it was unfortunately overshadowed by the poor quality of food."

"This is definitely a place to shop if you are looking for food from the Orients. This City Supermarket is mostly known by the Asian community but easy to love by everyone! You can make a selection in their food court if what you want to eat and shop at the market. They have a watch repair stand and a real state company as well. By the way there is a huge parking lot! One of my favorites in the court is Grill City! They have fresh meat in a skewer always grilling!!!"

"Hands down the best Thai food around. I've been to pretty much every local spot with my GF and this one's just simply the best. We usually get pad Thai and pineapple fried rice with some Thai iced teas. They can make it spicy and we get hot but if you want really hot get the Thai hot. If you don't like spicy even the medium will be to much for you most likely. CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE ENOUGH!!"

"Lima is the real deal, we started going there before the pandemic and hadn't returned until a few weeks ago for my birthday, bringing dear friends. I was so pleased to find that the quality, service and experience had not only remained (it was amazing to start (but up a notch)! From the outdoor dining in the courtyard to the dining room, there is no bad table...and the servers are always attentive. The food though...it's what keeps us coming back ! The seafood is amazing...the ceviche best I've had, the anticuchos so tasty (and prepared perfectly) and the different ways Peruvian food demonstrates the amazement of potato's...is life changing ! Go...you will be amazed!"

"Most of my reviews are positive, but that won't be. Although the food was good, the experience was brilliant. I was told twice that I was in the wrong register, then when I was on the right, 6 employees went from me without even recognizing my existence. I didn't even see my direction. 1 of them spoke a storm and sealed a bag of bread that hardly worked. 0 customer service skills. It was easy to notice that they had no working ethics. The floor was dirty. Food and bag and garbage everywhere behind the tab. And not even DID I EVER SEE THEM WASH THEIR HANDS, and I was them for a while. The first time they brought out my food they misunderstood it. I stayed polite, smiled and said thank you, but never the same in return."

"People should understand that with any new restaurant opening there are always a few bumps. This is my first visit to Adelita and with a month under their belt I found everything about this restaurant to be outstanding. Nikki at the bar was absolutely fantastic both in terms of service and attitude. The food was delivered fast and hot and it tasted super. With lines out the door on Friday and Saturday, I discovered that Thursday evenings was the perfect time to walk in and sit down. Try the Adelita margarita with reposado and trust them when they say no salt. I can’t wait to go back."
