"Overall, the food was very good. Potatoes au gratin were a little done, but everything else was on site. Steaks were cooked for perfection, salads were fresh and tasty, and the key limecake dessert was a beautiful treat. Wine list is good, and there are some reasonable values. Service was excellent as always. Saturday evenings usually have a kind of musical combo. Tables are nicely spaced, so a romantic dinner is possible here."

"Yes! The Fish Tacos were amazing. You need to order them as seen on the menu and ask for the Mango Salsa. Add the Mango Salsa carefully to the Taco and Enjoy. I'm not telling you how much I ate, but I'm gonna say everything I ate was delicious. Shrimp Tacos were also so good with the Mango Salsa. I tried Mango Salsa with Tripa Tacos. s just say it's not a topping for every taco. The homemade tortillas were also delicious. And for Dessert? they sell Adelso? Creations but sad they were from Chocoflan. It would have been the ultimate happy ending to such a Savory dinner. I'll also say the waitress was amazing. She was very attentive and attentive. I'll return for more Fish Tacos."

"The best Thai food I ever had in my life! I will move to Corpus next month and this place will be a frequent visit from me! Old fashion was solid. Definitely prepared with good whisky. The salmon with pineapple curry was perfect in every way. Had a little spice to him, but the flavors just stood out from all the other Thai food I had before. The service was also recommended with an attentive server that actually recommended the type of curry I got. Ambience is perfect for every intimate date. I even saw some kids bringing families. Very good mix of audiences in a well-furnished restaurant. The price of my meal and whiskey came to about $35 before the tip. Can't recommend this place enough!"

"Tacos were on homemade flour tortillas ? and I ordered the bacon ? and egg. Full strips of thick crispy bacon with lots of flavor and a bean and chorizo taco. My wife got 2 bacon and egg tacos and we ordered coffee as well. The place is reminiscent of a beach front store, with screen walls and signs of no profanity so we avoided arguing and cussing each other out. They also serve fruit cups and shakes and a lot more than just tacos. May not be very comfortable here during times of extreme heat, we came early morning ?"

"Absolutely delicious! First time ever being here, so we ordered a ton to try. The cucumber garlic salad is HANDS DOWN, tears worthy. It tastes so fresh and crisp and savory, ugh, so delicious! The fried dumplings are savory and bouncy, full of meat and the portions are generous. I got the crispy beef, which was just spicy enough, impossibly crispy, I mean like, IMPOSSIBLY crispy, so good. My boyfriend got the cilantro lamb, worth every penny. If you want authentic Chinese food, this is it, and if you want Americanized Chinese food, there’s a menu for that too. 100% recommend! Love it."

"Got the Combo #1. Seems like every other visit and I go a lot the serving of fries is not consistent. Some visits are full and some barely have reach the top of the box. The rootbeer always tastes flat or must not configure properly. And finally at the window where the food is given out sometimes a d its been happening more the workers just give the food without saying much. But they are talking amongst themselves."

"My boyfriend treated me to a lunch at outback because i had been wanting the blooming onion for so long. As soon as we were seated we were sat down at a booth with an industrial fan right next to it. I paid no mind to it thinking oh their AC might be out. I spent the next hour and a half freezing. First up we ordered the blooming onion. As soon as it came it was already cold considering the fan was blowing directly at us, this wasn’t the worst part about it, the blooming onion still had raw batter at the bottom of it. Yuck. So we waited for our main entrees, I ordered the Center cut sirloin with blooming fried shrimp, to start off the shrimp was salty, extremely salty i couldn’t even eat it, the steak was alright, seasoned well. My boyfriend ordered the Melbourne porterhouse, he agreed the steaks were amazing but the side entrees not so much. In both of our mashed potatoes there was an overwhelming amount of sour cream. The only reason i am giving it 2 stars is because our waiter was amazing and very attentive, he did his absolute best with the situation at hand, although we had a bad experience with the food and setting the service was amazing. Overall the entire experience was extremely underwhelming and uncomfortable as i had once remembered it to be. Will not be returning again."

"Got the Shrimp with Vegetables dinner special via drive thru. Food was fresh cooked to order, very tasty, and good sized portion. Only thing I would do differently it to call ahead instead of ordering at window. Would have saved about 10 min. Definitely going back and try other dishes. Note : photo is only about 1/2 of the Shrimp order which also included an egg roll and it was very good too."

"Found the food to be very bland and more of a chain restaurant taste. Brisket was flavorless couldn't tell if it was dry or wet rub. No seasoning present and lacked any marbling. No flavor present representing anything of a hickory smoke flavor as well. Had a smoke ring but nothing else besides being dry meat. Sausage was more than likely a restaurant grade product. Seemed like something from restaurant supplier brand or Eckrich sausage. Sides were not anything spectacular. They weren't different but just the same old staples that come from a big box or giant can. I do not recommend them for being a place to get quality brisket or other bbq favorites. I didn't finish my plate. I couldn't find the effort to finish it much like the effort that was used to prepare it. I understand it's also a neighborhood restaurant but we should expect better quality barbecue in South Texas. They may have those awards plastered all around but their food lacked flavor and any hint of innovation when it comes to making flavorful barbecue. I challenge people to visit other barbecue joints on your travels and see what we are missing and should want in Corpus Christi."

"My children and I came to lunch (12:30-1:00) we were greeted by all staff once we came in, they were very helpful and friendly. We were surprised that at this time it was not busy, but very satisfied about it food was delicious and the lemon meringue pipe was perfect def coming back"

"So far everything we've tried has been phenomenal. I highly recommend the Seafood Boil, Fried Pickles, Stuffed Avacado, Wings, Mac n Cheese, Cajun Pasta, Etouffee, Salmon. Family friendly establishment, busy bar, the Old Fashions were good. Staff was attentive. Owner came by table and was welcoming. We will be back. Will be trying it's sister restraunt The Bar and Grill next."

"I went to body for the first time and it was pretty rough. there were flying where the baked goods were, most of the tables were dirty, and the cashier was not helpful at all. didn't tell me that a regular drink for the limonade was tiny. the chicken also seemed raw or not properly cooked. will never be to this place again."

"The Krusty Krab is definitely the best, but this place is still quite good. My friend Patrick and I tried the quarter pounder bundle, and we both really enjoyed it. I even shared my McNuggets with my pet snail, Gary, and he loves them so much that he’s started ignoring his usual food! I might even suggest this restaurant to my friend Plankton; the food here has a recipe that's definitely tempting to steal!"

"Out of the 20 items we tried, everything was delicious, except for the Mexican Pizza! It was overloaded with beef and lacked flavor. The crust was too thick. We really miss the pre-Covid Mexican style, which was delicate and full of taste. This family has officially decided to skip the Mexican Pizza from now on!"
