"Amazing food, definitely made with care. Went in with no expectations and was shocked at how quickly we received our food. We only saw our server once after ordering but otherwise had a pleasant experience. I got the Al pastor street tacos and highly recommend them!"

"it's cleared. best Mexican restaurant in the city. eating is fresh and tasty. my family of four, with all the different tastes, all agree that this is now our favorite restaurant."

"Great little family owned Mexican restaurant on 9th St. In Corvallis. We had excellent and authentic machete, and the Saturday special Barbacoa y consomme. The barbacoa was made with goat meat and was traditionally prepared. The family, longtime Corvallis residents, is transitioning from a food truck specializing in tamales to brick and mortar. Service is friendly and efficient. They don't have tamales on the menu every day but you can call in and order them to take away. Excellent idea for a quick and delicious dinner after a long day."

"The girl working tonight was beyond rude. After handing the customer in front who was clearly a friend they talked for 10 minutes! The. The person drove off and she said nothing to me and didn’t even given me my birthday drink when it was on my app. I paid with my app. She rolled her eyes at me. So rude. Never coming back to this Dutch bros again. And I frequent them. I know their service is much nicer then this. Can’t believe the rudeness."

"The staff was friendly but it was very slow service. It took 30-40 mins to get a burger and a chicken sandwich with fries. We were excited to try it because they had a dairy free option (the chicken sandwich) it was over $30 for the meal and then I find out that the chicken sandwich was just a frozen chicken patty from foster farms… the burger patty had no flavor and was very small and extremely thick. The best part of the meal was the sweet potato fries and you can’t really mess those up. Pretty bummed out to pay that much for less than satisfying food. We won’t be back."

"I want to start off my saying our server was amazing which is why the review has 2 stars instead of 1. Me and my fiancé came for a celebratory dinner and were really excited. Unfortunately the food did not deliver. The ribeye was tough and chewy on bothplates, which was strange considering it was a perfect medium rare color. Green beans tasted good but were extremelyundercooked. My mashed potatoes were pretty bland and cold. I can only assume by the super hot plates that were brought to usthat the food might have sat under the warming lamp for a long time before it made it to us. Overall really disappointed.Probably won?t be returning. If I spend 35$ on a steak per person, it shouldn?t be warm jerky. Add-on: not to mention theridiculous 4% additional charge they put on their customers if you want to pay with card. Obnoxious. Update: called therestaurant for at the very least a partial refund, was informed that there wasn?t anything that he was going to do, believe hesaid his name was Joe, was hard to hear over the noise in the background. When I said, rather exasperated, ?it?s finegoodnight,? he proceeded to snap at me. Definitely not coming back and will steer others away from the restaurant. Poormanagement."

"Great and authentic Indian cuisine. Wonderful family owned business with amazing dishes always something new to try and never dissapointing. Hidden gem! Vegetarian options: We enjoy vegetable samosa, Bengal Bhartha (eggplant) Daal Makhni, and Aloo Mattar. We like our food spicy, so always order homemade yogurt. They can easily adjust the spice level and of course garlic Nan is a must! Enjoy."

"if I could give 10 stars, I would. chef travis and beer nerd ericka did something special here. they have comfort eating new and accessible and increased. I love brussel sprouts, but fried brussel sprouts with a hauch of lemon, this is where taste lives. we also ordered meatballs. they are huge, a combination of bark meat and pork that melts in their mouth and flee them for more. Do not miss the sweet basilikum tomatensauce that is from ground on! use the freshly grilled to perfection crusty brot (the salt scattering is perfect) to suck this sose. they have permission. the rarely described beer nerd has provided sides and sides of beer, but we ozehounds choice cocktails. see the lively pictures below. the drinks were exquisite, exotic and colorful. the owners are gracious, kreatiw and flexible. definitiw my new favorite place in corvallis. it has many seats in the open, sitting places in the interior and oh yes.a shitton o books!"

"After contemplating several times before entering, we finally decided to give it a try, and it was absolutely delicious. The lamb gyro had a depth of flavor that I've never experienced before. I recommend adding some jalapeños for an extra kick. Please keep up the great portion sizes and flavors—don’t hold back!"

"Super rude and downright nasty treatment to me. I parked and tried to order conjee and green tea and the hostess was mean and said I couldn’t use the restroom or park. She then said she was going to call to tow my car (this was a matter of two minutes)"

"I almost didn’t go here for dinner, and I am so glad my kids insisted on getting pizza. This place is amazing! Such good pizza, cozy atmosphere, and kid friendly too! The staff were very friendly and helpful with answering any of my questions. Kids had a blast drawing on plates and looking at others on the wall. The pizza was delectable, and we were happy to have leftovers for lunch the next day. Be sure to get a couple of cookies for the road!"

"My 3rd time at this place. Weird that my two to go orders aren?t as great as the first time we went to this place and dined in. I think the place still recommended but the content of the soup disappoint. The pork broth is tasty enough. Not too salty and not bland. I don?t believe in sauces but I?ve had ramen in other places and it taste better without addtl sauces added. There is something missing about the soup base. Not sure what it is though. I think there is too much corn, bamboo shoots and seaweed was on the harder side). Bacon was tasty but too pale. I?m not sure why that didn?t looked appetizing. Half of the egg was cooked really great but it felt cold inside once you take a bite! The noodle is cooked but I think it can probably wait another a few minutes before I ate it esp since this was a to go order. I was too hungry to let it soaked! The portion was too small for the Price of $15. Then I ordered the milk tea classic for $4. I expected it to be serve on a to go cup w/ ice but I was given a bottle. I would not have ordered if I knew it came in a bottle. : the taste was good but it is not something I would try again. The service is great though! Friendly and the ambience is great as well. Decor super modern but still feels homey. The food prep was quick maybe that?s why it felt uncooked. Maybe next time will dine in and see if the to go order isn?t great for places like this?. Warm soup!"

"So delicious! Excellent amount of toppings portioned (no skimping on portions). It easily would have cost more to buy all the ingredients to make these at home from scratch. This crew saved us that step, and we got to take home bake right away to still preserve the home-made' fresh-from-the-oven deliciousness! ?"

"Really tiny dohnuts like smaller then my palm for 3$ each. Girl who was working had a really bad attitude for no reason. She wouldnt answer our questions and when I said have a great day she gave me a dirty look. We still tipped her but the shop was dark and dingy overall will be going to zombie from now on."

"Another solid recommendation..... From prime member Rev. Rooster!<br/ <br/ I can't think when I've seen a greater selection, some of which is comprised of offerings not usual in an Asian Buffet. If you like Shari and Nigiri Sushi, zero in on the Sushi Bar. Bear in mind this is not a make-em-fresh-to-order Sushi place. But I don't think you'll be disappointed. I sure wasn't. (See photos) Interspersed among the many Chinese offerings were a few surprises, like Pizza Slices! <br/ <br/ Here are the other items I selected from the Buffet:<br/ <br/ Rice Noodles with Veggies ... Good<br/ BBQ Pork ... Didn't measure up<br/ Sweet &Sour Chicken ... Didn't measure up<br/ Teriyaki Chicken (on skewer) ... Good<br/ Seafood Delight:<br/ Shrimp ... Good <br/ Ersatz Crab ... Meh<br/ Buttered Mushrooms ... Good<br/ Sesame Balls ... Good<br/ Rice/Black Beans in Lotus Leaf* ... Very Good<br/ <br/ *I've only seen this item offered as Dim Sum at a high end restaurant in Portland. I think it's called Lo Mai Gai. I was surprised and delighted to see it here.<br/ <br/ All in all, New China Buffet has and dazzling selection selection of food. Its buffet is a buffet and cannot be what it's not. But for $7.99 (AYCE) I certainly have no complaints.<br/ <br/ Thanks Rev.!"
