"Wish we had visited this little hole in the wall sooner! Excellent seafood, dessert and service. First we had the fried oysters and egg rolls. Started with sangria, beer oysters and egg rolls. The oysters were lightly battered and cooked perfectly. Egg rolls were huge and delicious. Then came the main course. I had the pan seared grouper and shrimp, hubz had the Cajun grouper. All of it was cooked perfectly and seasoned well. Portions are HUGE. Because we ordered so much food we got dessert to go. The dirt cup and banana pudding were fabulous. I can?t wait to go back and try some of their Vietnamese food!"

"Dinner was delicious my husband son and I enjoyed everything that was made. Our server Robert was super nice and did great on getting our food out in a timely manner. HOWEVER, Lisa who I was told was the manager -not the owner- was very disrespectful to her staff!!! The poor girl she was getting onto in front of everyone including patrons of the restaurant repeatedly apologized and all Lisa could tell her was why she don't let servers take care of it. Just the way she talked to the staff in front of people was degrading and not management material and maybe she was having a bad day we all have them but in a mgmt position you should treat your staff better I was real disappointed to see that and hear it!!!"

"Brisket tasted old and was a poor quality cut of meat. Extremely fatty. Moreso than brisket normally is. Sandwich was hot but couldn't get passed the 3 day old warned over beef taste. The jerk nor Carolina sauces helped. Needless to say, I ate the chips and the bun and left the brisket in the tray. Wasn't impressed with anything other than their sauces."

"dining room not full at first, but service was incredibly slow. I love this place so was very sad. The fried chicken VERY dry. Usually very good. The other meal was liver and onions, and was told it was delicious. Just basic stuff was missed, like pouring the beer into the glass, rather than just dropping it off. Never offer to fill other drinks. We've enjoyed this place for years and years. I think we'll give it a rest for awhile."

"Very authentic Mexican food (for northern Florida). But trust me, if the menu says something is spicy, it is. I have had Shrimp (Camarones) Aal Diabla before in several other Mexican-American restaurants, but this version was hotter than any I have ever had. It was good, and reminded me of my childhood in West Texas, when I lived in San Diego, CA, or when I visited Mexico a few years back. Great atmosphere as well and the staff were good too."

"The wings are naked but it wasn 't disclosed. The Blackened was just cajun seasoning sprinkled on the wings. The garlic parmesan wings were much better. Wife had the burger and she said it was okay. The loaded nachos were aweful. They were fried tortillas quartered with cold nacho cheese, salsa and shredded cheese sprinkled over the top. The overall experience was not good."

"We were traveling through from Texas to Myrtle Beach and wanted to try more of the local cuisine. They have moved onto main street and called it Nicks now, it is a tribute to Mama Chucha. This place will surprise you! Excellent food, and every minute you wait is worth it. Had the pan seared salmon with the lemon caper sauce which was excellent. It might be a little salty for those who are sensitive but overall an excellent meal with nice plating and excellent value. Worth getting off the road in this small town to try. Don't miss this change from the normal chains. Easy 5 stars."

"Loved it! We had Jesus as our waitor and he was great with the kids (7,10&14) The chips and salsa were excellent and all 5 of our dinners were even better. The kids ordered fried ice cream and love that too. The prices were good and service great, so good we left a $15.00 tip on a $54.00 bill."
