"The Taiwan Porridge restaurant offers a diverse selection of dishes, ranging from vegetables and tofu to chicken, pork, and fish. The porridge itself has a unique twist, as it carries a subtle sweetness derived from sweet potatoes. The texture resembles that of rice, albeit with a slightly watery consistency. The extensive variety of ingredients allows diners to curate a meal according to their preferences and dietary needs. Whether you're a vegetarian or a meat lover, the restaurant caters to all palates. The freshness of the vegetables, tenderness of the meat, and flavorsome tofu create a delightful culinary experience. However, the sweetness in the porridge may not appeal to everyone, as some diners might prefer a more savory or neutral taste. Additionally, the abundant water content in the porridge might be a departure from traditional expectations. Nonetheless, the restaurant's commitment to offering a wide array of options ensures that there's something for everyone to enjoy."

"My boyfriend and I really enjoy the bentos at this restaurant, and we often order O2 Valley. The #K3 Grilled Taiwanese Sausage is the best I have tried in the area. However, the #H1 Cold Noodle with Sesame Sauce is terrible, and it is outrageous that they charge $16 for it. This is why I am deducting a star from my review."

"I t was our first time in the new location and the dining room does not feel as nice as the last one. We were seated at a table right next to a waiter's station where we had full view of their computer screen and other equipment...not what you expect from a Michelin star restaurant. One of our guests arrived early and waited for minutes in the bar before anyone asked her if she would like to order a drink. Our server was wonderful. Steaksprime rib and Hamachi shots are still fantastic"

"Perhaps, I had too high of an expectation from both the higher Google rating and a few recommendations. As appetizers, we ordered grilled whole calamari and fried chicken. Some of the chicken were slightly undercooked and all the pieces I had has that smell when the chicken is double cooked or less fresh. The grilled calamari was dry, burned, and slightly overlooked, making some pieces hard to chew. The main was Sushi and Sashimi combo. This was more acceptable with larger fish that seemed well prepared. However, it was a bit disappointing that it didn't come with a simple salad (only miso soup)."

"I'm glad to find this place. authentic hong kong style caffe, they made eating exactly how it should taste in the street of hk. I ordered the pork and rice. They did it with sauce and fried tofu. the ice HK-style milk tee is much better than the boba places that more than $6 a cup. if they want to get a taste of the good eating of hk, this is the place to go!"

"Niki-niku is a restaurant where you can cook your own meat and shrimp at your table. The food is fresh and delicious, with a few options already prepared as well. In addition to salad and various vegetable dishes, there is a wide selection of different cuts of meat to choose from. The small plates make it fun to try a variety of dishes, and the chicken wings are especially tasty and crispy. The cold air in the restaurant helps to balance out the heat from the grill, so be sure to bring a jacket. The service is helpful and attentive, always there when you need them."

"I think this is the best Chinese restaurant in the area cupertino! the service is good and the restaurant is clean. we've been there a couple times and every time we try something new, we've been happy. our favorite dishes so far dry scallops and white fried rice black pfeffer beef beef beef beef beef beef dry pot (to forget the actual name of this) it is located in the wolfe ranch99 plaza, so do they have many boba options for dessert afterwards?"

"I'd say the ambience is extra nice with the outside seats. Food tasty and healthy. It's just the perfect mix. They also serve freshly squeezed juice with a lot of choice that I have not seen with other restaurants where we always get the canned."

"I went in with a lot of expectations but the food was disappointing one of the factor could be we went 15 minutes before the closing time. The egg tarts felt like scrambled eggs and the base pastry was falling apart. The wife cake had a chewy texture, the lotus seed filling wasn't quite tasty either. They have huge variety of moon cakes, however all the 5 types we tried weren't quite good. The staff was in a hurry to close the shop."

"Ordered a popcorn chicken BENTO plus a pork belly. As you can see they did not give me a bento at all, just the popcorn chicken. I didn’t check as it was all baged already. You should give your customers what they order and not steal from them. And then asking for 15% automatic tip on the order screen. Terrible last time I go here."

"this is possibly the worst boba place to exist. i typically would never leave a review but i don't want anyone else wasting their money, and if i could give this place zero stars, i would. the boba is rock hard and not edible. the menu is not up to date. i ordered the coconut milk drink with purple yam, sago, and peach gum, and they used whole milk and didn't include any sago. when i asked them about the sago, they said they didn't have any and the menu was not correct. the only way to communicate with the worker is through mandarin, so it was very difficult to order in the first place. in conclusion, don't come here!!"

"Well I stopped in for The 1st time to get a sandwich and try this place out. I ordered and Eric's Ruben Sandwich. And a small drink as you can see from the pictures it's a canning jar glass jar of that they serve you for a drink which is very nice because I like drinking a glass not plastic and paper any of the and so that was nice and I got the lightly sweetened green tea and they had wedges of lemon which I put several in and it was very delicious I enjoyed it I had to 2 jars will and when my sandwich came as you can see in the pictures looks very nice the sandwich was actually excellent it had just the right amount of meat for me which is not a whole lot just and just the right amount of sauerkraut and so I really was enjoying the sandwich until about halfway into this 2nd half of the sandwich I bit into something that wasn't food and it was obviously a piece of a plastic bag usually something that comes with food in it that they do not prepare themselves and so they cut the bag open and this piece ended up in the sandwich. I personally have Had 3 restaurants of my own in the past and I was very Very careful not to have these types of incidents happening in my restaurant so I was very very careful in how I train my staff and how things were handled most of my stuff I made from scratch so but you always are handling paper goods or plastic goods or some kind of packaging but I never had any incidences like this and the most disgusting thing you can ever have in your food of course is hair but packaging is not a nice thing to have in your food also so I took it back I took the piece of plastic to the counter and told them about it being in my food and they tried to say it was a piece of onion skin and I told the girl that is not food that is plastic and so she showed it to the head guy the manager obviously he apologized profusely offered to make me another sandwich and even though I was nearly done with the 1st sandwich I agreed to let them make me another And so I did . If that with my restaurant I would have offered the customer their money back or a gift certificate or not just their sandwich knowing that they've already eating that sandwich pretty much but all of those options would have been something you should do for a customer and I know some people are not honest and they say they had something in their food but I would not do that and so of course the piece of plastic which is in a picture on the player was truly in the middle of my Sandwich. But all in all the food was really good and I would recommend it I just hope you don't get anything in your food!!"

"Beware of long wait on the weekends!! You put your name on a yelp guestlist and they would text your when your table is almost ready! Waited for almost an hour, but across the street is a small plaza that we walked around so time went by pretty quickly! Once we sat down our server was ready to take our order since we looked at the menu before. With the ayce you get like three round but in each round you can pick as much items as you want! We were only able to do two round before we had to stop! I like how they gave two broth options too which gave a variety to the flavor. They also have your own sauce bar where can make your own sauce, there isn't a huge variety but was still able to make something good!"

"Ordering online was quick simple. The food was ready quickly and definitely lived up to the hype. This was our 1st time and we thoroughly enjoyed it, the sucker was an unexpected surprise but the kiddos loved it. We cant wait to test out more of the menu."

"The portions at this restaurant are generous and the food is very tasty. The fried dishes were especially well prepared. The only disappointment was the salmon onigiri, which was too hard and dry. The salmon itself was also dry. Despite this, I appreciate the effort put into the dishes and will definitely be returning."

"We came to Galpao Gaucho to celebrate a birthday. Our host made sure we were well-versed in Brazilian BBQ affairs, before sending a squadron of waters to serve us rodízio-style. They claim to have 20 meat options, but on a typical evening you can probably only get 10-15 options, which is enough. The top cuts here are the picanha (top sirloin), ribeye, and bacon-wrapped filet mignon. I’d also give the lamb chops, beef ribs, and pork ribs a shot if they float your boat. There are few other can’t miss items here: the grilled/candied pineapple is sweet, tart, and succulent. The plantains are decent. The chimichurri pairs really well with most of the meats, and adds a bit of earthiness. We also ordered some tres leches (to celebrate a birthday). The tres leches here is a bit spongier than most, and the cinnamon really shines through."

"the house ground dizziness dish literally took a minute for them to serve it. delicious. there is a parking space outside so that they should be able to find parking quite easy. this place has a lot of benches and tables for sitting things, so they can also come with a larger group, but most customers seem to be single individuals who try to eat a quick after work or so. the personal is friendly. Remember that this money is only up to $30 or something, so make sure to bring cash, as there are no cash machines."

"The new go-to for fish and chips. PRO TIP: fish is best when they are busy and the fryer is hot; off hours quality can be irregular. Portions are ample and prices are good. Parking in the back. Fast and friendly table service as well. The quality of the fish is good, and the batter is fried crisp. Ordered the grilled tilapia with just butter and lemon and came out perfect."
