"We were in Colorado for a vacation and decided to eat here. We have made reservations, but it did not end very busy. It was a simple location to drive. The decor was a little dated, but the food and service were fabulous. We tried the brussel sprouts with balsamic dressing and goat cheese. They were the best part of the meal! My husband seldom ordered the primary rib medium, but there was more medium and a bit bland. Everything else was delicious and cheap. Our waitress has made a great job offer suggestions for drinks and has often checked for us. Overall, great experience!"

"We came into your resturant for breakfast on our way home from vacation and ordered breakfast. I ordered the small bacon and eggs breakfast and was very specific to your waitress Stacy about how I wanted my bacon cooked: brittle crisp to which she seemed to understand. Upon getting my breakfast, my bacon was clearly limp and I sent it back and she took my whole plate leaving me only my toast. When she brought my plate back a second time again the bacon was still limp, she came back to the table to check as I had pushed my plate ti thre edge and asked if it was ok and I told her the bacon was still limp, there was grease now dripped all over the eggs and hashbrowns which were now cold and I would have NEVER served a plate to a customer like that as I had been a waitress for 20 yrs To which she replied when our customer's order crisp bacon this is how they get it and they eat it like this and I personally stood over the press waiting for it to crisp, what would you like us to do put it on the oven? (Loud enough for the whole resturant to hear her). In the resturant business, the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT even if they are WRONG still APPLIES! She was rude, disrespectful, and wrong! She never offered another meal to replace that one just took that one of our bill, I'm a native Montanan and still have family in the area and will definitely HIGHLY recommend they NOT frequent your business any longer as they have in the past for years! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL"

"It wouldn't be so bad if the individual you're paying for the items you ordered wouldn't have such attitudes. Of course, I had to turn around and go back to get what I actually ordered because it was incorrect. The service these days is horrible and the food isn't always good."

"My husband and I just loved Pro Fusion Cafe. We were looking for a place with great, healthy, vegan-friendly food. (I'm vegan, and my husband is not. . The owners of Pro Fusion Cafe were very friendly and welcoming, and we're happy to answer questions about vegan menu items. I had the carrot ginger soup, brown rice salad, and mango-passion fruit sorbet, with some black tea over ice. My husband ordered the garbanzo bean stew, housemade kimchi, and basmati rice. Everything was excellent, and really exceeded our expectations. We had a nice conversation with the owner about the area (we're visiting from Michigan. . We had a great time eating on the nice outdoor patio. If you're looking for some great food in the Dillon area, don't hesitate to eat at the Pro Fusion Cafe! By the way, I'd love to give a 5 star rating, but it looks like Happy Cow is only allowing a maximum of 4 stars because the restaurant isn't completely vegetarian. But this place deserves 5 stars!"

"Four of us, all ordered completely different things: Santa Fe Chicken Salad: Mmmm!! Loving it! Fish and Chips: Perfection. SO good. General Pineapple Burger: Couldn't stop eating. "I ordered the ride, and they told me to move to the parking lot because it would take 3 minutes to get my food. I just pulled out of the drive through the lane into a parking lot. About 15 minutes later, I came out of my car and went in. They told me they couldn't find me in the parking lot, so the manager gave me the bag with foods that were sitting under a heat lamp. Well, that's not what I call good service. The food was soggy and cool. I'm a local and I'm not going back to BK."

"Good Lord Jesus, this place is fantastic! I don't go skiing much and have not been here before. Everything was truly delightful! Great beer, exceptional food and really great service. "The restaurant was recommended by the owner of the RV Park we were staying at. We walked over for breakfast as it was about a leisurely half mile walk. We were seated promptly and our order was taken in a timely manner by our waitress who I believe was the owner along with her husband. Both were very friendly and shared conversation with us. Now for the food. I ordered pancakes, eggs and ham. It was excellent and the ham was not store bought. It looked like is was sliced right off the bone. The pancakes were fluffy and very tasty. My wife ordered Bacon, eggs and hash browns. The bacon like the ham appears cut at the restaurant and was a generous portion. The hash browns were homemade and excellent. The price was extremely fair for the portions and we would recommend the restaurant to anyone passing through Dillon,"

"Although the employees were not to blame, we were a bit let down that this location doesn't serve breakfast all day. Given its proximity to the interstate and its appeal to travelers, it seems like it should. However, the staff was friendly and courteous, and the food was served hot. Plus, we really appreciated getting our extra Mac sauce and pickles. Overall, a decent experience."

"As our very first experience in Montana we were presently surprised by how friendly and happy all the staff were. Our waitress gave us great local beer recommendations as well as popular menu items. We started with a smoked salmon platter which was amazing and almost a full meal for us both. (We had not yet become accustomed to Montana portion sizes). My fiance had the special which was a wonderful caprese pasta with added steak which was very rich, cooked perfectly and had juicy tender steak. I had the French dip which was hands down the best one I've ever had. The prime rib was so juicy and well seasoned It almost felt wrong dunking it in the aujus. Overall amazing experience from the staff, the fun and cheerful atmosphere to the great local beer and food. A must stop place if in Dillon."

"Black Star has always been a favorite of ours when we visit from Canada. Our meal was delicious, but when I ordered a burger, the waitress brought condiments as expected. However, I was disappointed to find that the mayo was at room temperature, which is not ideal. I was even more disappointed when I noticed the mayo being returned to the refrigerator after we finished our meal. Mayonnaise should always be kept chilled. This oversight left a bad taste in my mouth. Not happy."

"Lovely little Cafe. What I like the best is that there is outdoor dining and I can bring my pup. They have different flavored teas so today was a surprise. It was a hibiscus sweet tea. It was a touch too sweet for me, which is surprising because I love sweet tea. But I think thr sweetness overpowered the lovely fragrance and flavor of hibiscus. The Reuben was very good. A nice clean deli style reuben that was a nice break from the greasy spoon reuben (which I like too). Top it all off with a Ranger cookie, one of their cookie specialties."
