"I can 't say enough good things about my breakfast this morning at The Early Bird Diner. This hidden treasure is sure to be my go-to spot for breakfast every time I 'm in the Mon Valley with a hankering for a veggie omelet. The staff was friendly, and the whole look of the place had a throwback vibe that filled me with nostalgia for days gone by. As I already alluded to, the veggie omelet was fire (as the kids would say). Speaking of kids, my girlfriend 's son was blown away by the size of the pancake! It was much bigger than his head, which is proven by the picture I 've provided. My girlfriend and our friend Mike are both meatheads, and they enjoyed the variety of breakfast proteins...they both commented several times on the high quality of the bacon and sausage. My compliments to the chef, as well as the entire staff who made this breakfast experience one I 'll always remember. I can 't wait to go back!"
