"What a sad experience. I took some friends here, who were visiting Douglasville from Massachusetts, on a Sunday afternoon in January 2022 maybe that was my first mistake. The place was packed after church crowd most likely and the service was horrendously slow. When the waitress finally came to our table, we were told it would take 35 minutes for our food. We debated, but we were happy with coffee and drink, so we decided to stay. We waited at least 50 minutes, but it may have been more, and when the order finally arrived, it was all mixed up they had combined our orders with the orders for another table. They took all the food back, making us wait another 10 minutes and then brought the food back and ours was all stone COLD. Ridiculous. The people at the table whose order had been combined with ours waited ANOTHER at least 20 minutes. The wait staff were all apologies, but there was no offer of discounts, or of warming up our now cold, inedible food, and when I mentioned this awful experience to the cashier when we left, all she said was I 'm sorry sweetheart, don 't give up on us! Have a blessed day. Whatever. I 'd feel blessed if my food was fast, hot and served with a give a darn attitude. I 'll never go back. And my out of town friends were appalled! So much for me bragging to them about how great Cracker Barrel is I was so embarrassed. Such a disappointment."
