"no 120 steps from the always popular art court passage in the direction alaunpark and yet still a secret tip for the dresdner visitor, who can't miss the passage usually anyway, then look over here next! The small caffe, which is popular with the native, captivates with its charm and the cozy living room atmosphere. you enter and feel at ease. it smells like freshly baked cakes and the friendly ladies have always a smile on the lips. the motto "listen on your bauch" lets me look at regular intervals and I have not been disappointed yet!The selection of the cakes is quite urban and impresses with fancy sorting, as well as with classics that are moved into a new light. here is still handmade in the foreground, which you taste, but you can also notice this at one of the best early pieces in the new city. especially to mention are the eggs in the glass, which can be refined with an art tomaten - chorizio sugo. also for in between freshly occupied bagels are offered which are from the ply, with which special something shine and clearly stand out from the uniform! But also the small but fine lunch offer which can be seen regularly. usually there are 2 suppen, 2 pastas (vegetaric) and a crunchy salat, whose dressing as well as the others, leans to the respective season.Bleben only or the great tee varieties (hari), the hot chocolate, and the delicious Limo ́s (proviant) that you can hardly catch a bit in the city lunchtime. all the foods are also to have take away, so that you can also sit in the alaunpark, not far away, to watch the colorful drive. Not suitable for larger groups. For breakfast to the weekend, rather reserve. There are approx. 20 places in the interior and about 15 more outside."

Lukullus

"Zeche: €33.70 (one person in general: already in Dresden and again in advance to give the Greeks a third chance in DD (Three times Bremer is right!). After visiting the Lukullus, the last impression of the Artemis in Dresden, the visit of Syrtaki in Chemnitz and the other visits of Greeks in Dresden (Acheron and Leipzig (Sappho, Kellari, Waskostdas, the Greeks still have their noses in Leipzig, but in the category of the district Greeks the Dresden pick up something. It is always the thesis that so many guests I experienced on a Wednesday evening in the Lukullus up to 9 pm could not be mistaken. As is known, the flies supply the counter proof. So: Almost all tables in the restaurant and despite slightly shady temperatures some on the terrace were occupied. In addition to the expected neighbourhood audience, a juvenile after-work group and English-speaking people, well-preserved in Dresden-Altstrehlen. I can only follow the fact that the Lukullus is very popular and not only in Altstrehlen. On the side of the Lukullus is the homely old building environment, the fluctuating service, the PLV and a solid standard kitchen. That's all I expected. A trip to Altstrehlen (an S-Bahn station from Hbf is therefore recommended for foreign Greek friends. In addition, there is a very hospitable price-performance ratio that easily takes the four-star hurdle. The Lukullus offers only one Facebook page: [here link] with many photos of people who mean... Service: He's male-occupied: Three at the tables, one at the bowl. The waiters in black and white with vest and collar logo of the restaurant. This is remarkably consistent. All three table servants were polite and attentive. Probably the youngest pycnic and with humor. My main servant reminded me of Mr. Bean, with serious physiognomy. They were not really on the move, because after taking my place, all three in the minute asked for my first drink request. But better than being overlooked. My drinks were then met very quickly and the first separately ordered appetizers came to the table after a pleasant time. The subsequently worshipped main food left a little waiting for itself. So the service is solid. An ouzo was dispensed beforehand and a cherry liqueur (with cherry for invoice). Beverage prices: Very good the Pils, because for 0.3 l only 2.10 € are due (Field lock, Paulaner . The quarter of open standard wine, whether white or red, comes to 3.80 €. The water bottle 0.2 l is overseeable € 1.60. Food: The card offers the standards; additionally, for example, filled mushrooms as warm appetizers and grill classics baked. My choice for the appetizers fell on Chtipiti, so beaten sheep cheese with pepper and chilli (4.50 € and Kalamaressalat (5.90 €). Both portion sizes remarkably. The Chtipiti in three balls is beautifully firm, spicy with strong sheep cheese and pikant. So to the top level. the Kalamaressalate with many small tube rings and classic, not too sour, not too salty. Overall, therefore, very satisfactory. After that, I had the sense of grilled and the rhodos plate with gros and three lamb chops and some herb salad with carrots came as a garnish (12.50 €). I also liked the crispy gyros with light fat content and the delicate lamb chops. So the food is very solid and well edible and worth 3.75 stars. The pepper mill was brought to me on request. Ambience: The structural environment very appealing: The Lukullus is housed in an old building. The entrance is located in a courtyard with old buildings, partly from the 18th century. On the street front side of the house is a slightly elevated terrace with wooden floor and geranie armor. In the courtyard a well shielded further outdoor area. The interior surrounds the counter and offers a mix of niches and open table groups. The modern toilets are located in a historical vaulted cellar with a lot of masonry. The folkloristic decoration is not blue-white, but with reliefs, columns, wall plates and landscape paintings very Greek. The place at the tables is sufficient and you can move well in the restaurant. Cleanliness: The bare tables are thoroughly wiped for the change of guest and, otherwise, nothing of a disadvantage occurred to me."

"during our short holiday we followed on the search for an evening meal the signs to leubnitzer height on the southern edge of the city. because we are inexperienced, we didn't know if we had made a good choice. to bring it forward: our expectations were not disappointed. the windy, but still sunny weather revived us to find a place in the beer garden, from which they have a beautiful view of the city. we found two sunny places and were curious what the food and drink card would offer us. at first sight we noticed the comparatively high drinks prices. 4.55 euro for 0.5 liter beer or juice choir are already very sporty. The food prices may be cross-subsidised with the beverage price, as the latter are favourable. my wife chose an salad plate with cheese. the teller was very plentiful and also very well tasted. I went on to the risk and let me surprise what the cold variation according to type of house was probably out and was also not disappointed. served a beautiful and huge vesper plate with smoked and boiled ham, salami, hard cheese, camembert, noble mushroom cheese, whole with salad leaves, a few roasted tête de moine and strawberries. to this was rich white and pumpkin seed brot. all in all, we were very satisfied with food quality and service and enjoyed a nice entertainment with two drink-resistant ladies in the neighboring table, which with their exemplary drink consumption very emsigrated and dedicated our food price cross-subsidised."
