"FOOD DRINKS This restaurant offers a wild selection of some Japanese classics. Eel, fried chicken, pork cutlet, ramen and much more. The question is if the chef can actually pull that off? I can't say for sure because I was only able to order...one dish. I wanted to order more to see for myself but I was already full after the first dish. With the eel I think its sourced from Germany or Europe. I doubt you can get fresh Japanese eel imported for that price. Japanese eel can be very expensive in Japan and is considered a delicacy. I am not so much into eel anyway so I tried the variant with chicken. The chicken was tender and soft which shouldn't be too hard since its dark meat. There is something about Japanese rice. It is sticky rice but you can still taste the individual grain. Really good rice and the sweet sauce complements the savory chicken very well. I am usually not a fan of nori but I didn't mind it too much in my dish. I think the only thing it was lacking is some pickled ginger. It would give the dish another flavor dimension. The miso soup actually had radish instead of soft tofu. Love it. SERVICE The staff is really nice and friendly. There is something very special and charming about Japanese waitresses. ATMOSPHERE Basic but clean. Just like you would find it in Japan. It is not suppose to make you stay for hours. You come to eat and leave after you have finished. For western standards its neither modern nor exciting. It is simple. RATING I actually really like this restaurant. The food was really good and the service undeniably charming but everything was simply to plain."

"In the past Eiscafé Pia to my absolute favorites in the Old Town of Düsseldorf. But since every time I decided to get something on my hand, the rather long queue has “detered” me. In addition, it also comes that the products of another (unfortunately no longer existent; ice cream cafes have promised me better, I have covered some cross roads. Since then I have tried to find a new favorite close to them, unfortunately it was not crowned with the success I would have wished. After an event in the city I decided to make a visit to the ice cream café Pia Well, at the popularity (at the other ones, nothing changed in the time when I “hidden” it! When I hired myself, there were an estimated 50 60 ice lovers in front of me! Despite this approach, which was almost on both sides to the adjacent crossroads, it went very quickly! However, if one thinks that there is a better view in the interior of it to settle there, it is assured that the exact consideration was not different! To “gatter” a table was also expected to wait! As I get myself, as soon as something has become free, customers are guided to their places. That worked very fast if I'm to be honest. Such details speak from my point of view for the popularity of such an ice cream parlour. After about 5 minutes, it was so far with me: I did not stray badly at the “source” of ice-cold joy that a bullet is much cheaper here than I had been in competition years ago! With an exception (Pistazie, which is 50 cents more expensive, you will be there with 1 €! Overall, you can choose (if I'm quite mindful between 15 varieties. For most other customers, when I was already standing in the auditorium, that the “classics” are accepted very well. I felt the sense of my two favorites: Malaga and Amarena. First, it is positive that the amount you get for your money is very generous. I got a “terror” when the operation took a second time after the first variety. I assumed that this was a “forbearance”, but this procedure repeated itself to the new one when it was re-created! This is a great exception! Otherwise, the balls in the neighborhood are significantly smaller than in Pia! In the beautiful weather outside, only seats have been missing, which unfortunately are not... In such circumstances, it is necessary to keep in mind that the fast-melting mass did not “saw” the clothes: . Whether it had been at the outside temperature or it is fabricated in such an aqueous consistency is withdrawn from my knowledge. The awards at one of the doors still spoke against it, because it was certified by Italian recipe. If I should be honest, compared to our tribal ice cream café, it did not “surrect” the same. I can also justify this: it was not only the already mentioned consistency, but also that in Malaga there was not even a “heavy” rum: . I immediately “delivered” the raisins contained in them because they have been so hard! In a blind tasting, I couldn't even have said which of the varieties I just tasted... In addition, it has been extremely sweet. No comparison to what I have been used to in the past! The best of all, besides the mentioned price was the fluffiness that melted straight in the mouth. I am not a person who judges too hard about a particular address, but here I consider a depreciation more than appropriate, for the reasons I have mentioned so far. However, as I am a little sentimental, what applies to “good” experiences, there is a very sympathetic overall score of 3 stars that I consider appropriate. It may be that there are sufficiently enthusiastic regularity, which are a different opinion, but I do not belong to it in both points! As always: best to test yourself and judge afterwards. In this sense, your cultural representatives."

"now something else has to be done than culture, because spiritual food is not enough! at our walk through the south park (which I have already described, we have landed after a work-mass adapted to the workshop (which is also cut off in the case; , still on the same day I wanted to write about our experiences, but the caffeine was not in this form. the small wooden houses in which the kitchen caffeine are housed are already very welcoming. they can see everything in their mind: on the ice level (standardware, all tables are in such beautiful weather as it was given at that time, quickly all occupied, but also in the inner it doesn't look better, but if they wait a little, it will be a bit fitting! the cakes look very tasty each time, no wonder because they are baked in their own bakery, also here is taken care that mainly disabled workers are employed according to their possibilities, so that each of them is required in their skills! I also find it exemplary that the areas reserved only for employees are also marked as such, which I have rarely experienced in the form shown by far the operator. the opening times are independent from seasons: april – October: daily 10 to 19 november – March: daily 10 to 18 o'clock naturally they get fresh coffee, but about their prices I can't say anything because our destination were the toilets that were extremely clean! the caffeine south park has existed since approx. 20 years, I know it from the beginning and have tried more than once the delicious homemade things, they should not be missed (and not like us. , because they also support a good thing! the personal was very friendly to us, with certainty to the next time will certainly order something and this review supplement!"
