"On Aug. 16, 2023 at 5:20pm, order 265. I was told the girl who waited on me was Linda with long braids down her back. I told her where I would be seated and she brought the serving tray with the fries and sandwich but no shake. When I asked her about it she told me she was going to get it. I waited, and waited, and waited. I looked toward and she was avoiding eye contact. Finally, I got up and went to the counter and asked another employee to get her attention. I asked if the shake sitting there was mine and she said yes. It had been there for a while with other customers standing over it. She appeared to have some issue with me which was certainly not provoked. She needs customer service training."
