"I've had some great dining experiences in my life. And although Boise does host some of the best places for sure, I've had the pleasure of eating in some of the finest restaurants all over the world from Germany, Bavaria, France, Spain, England, Italy, Turkey, Morocco, Dubai (although that may have been an MRE), Ixtapa, Panama, the Hawaiian islands to Jamaica, and great places from New York to Florida and on to San Francisco. But tonight I had the best all around dining experience of my life at Le Coq d'Or located in the Chateau des Fleurs in Eagle, Idaho. My good friends Franck and Christian have put together a masterpiece. This is, by far, the most amazing restaurant in the state and beyond. I cannot do it justice with words alone. Indescribable euphoria from the pallet to the eye and everything in between. Trust me go there. Seriously."
