"We ordered pizza for our family tonight via the phone for delivery from pizza and then some at Easley. We ordered a Hawaiian delight and a cheese pizza. The employee who took our order took it wrong and arranged us for an pineapple joy instead of a Hawaiian joy. I called to let them know what was delivered, and the mistake they made, and the manager said there was nothing they could do and would not replace the pizza because I signed the entrance. The reception was the reception, which was literally only the sum, how much you like to type and then sign the floor. The driver didn't give me the long full entrance until I signed the credit card slip with the food he gave me. This is unacceptable customer service. This was a mistake in their name, they refused to consider the responsibility for the error, and refused to fix it, claiming there was nothing they could do!
