"Always remember to bring your camera or have your cell phone ready to take pictures when you get a bad experience and your about to right a negative review about an eating establishment. I had my camera with me but I should of done so to photograph the clowns that run this place and actually cook the food in this place. Can remember the fist week the Capital Craft opened up and what a nightmare it was. You had the owners physically threatening the employees in the back behind the kitchen and they were coming to us to initiate some revenge on them (like opening a place next door to put them out of business! Everything that can go wrong from ad service, lousy food that kept on getting messed up (the simplest of things, they couldn 't get right . Coming back a year land some, we see that nothing has changed. The General Manager Christine has the most delusional mentality on how a place should be run. To keep it short, Capital Craft management, expects you to eat, pay, and come back food that is (1 burnt beyond recognition (2 is not prepared the way every other place makes it (3 they will be 1 foot away from the food the customer is complaining about, know they customer is right, make up excuses, and then attempt to throw you out for not paying for something they openly admit they screw up. Capital Craft has no clue on how to resolve customer problems, they have no regulars no wonder they closed the doors before 9:00 pm on a Saturday night! Ok, so here 's my experience with food, management and wait staff. First we have to give good service to one waitress Allayah (sorry if i mispelled your name but by no means did she get any training from anyone that works there. I would of walked out the first day if she wasn 't there, even show when we open our knew place we gave her a job offer she was that charming!. Any hows, first thing we decided to see if Capital Craft was able to make a simple hamburger and not screw it up. So we ordered a basic burger rare and just the basic, lettuce, onion tomotoe. Well guess what, they couldnt even could a burger right! They love burning things in that Kitchen, a rare hamburger that was supposed to be rare (and the waitress put into the computer correct as rare came out burnt. We know this was deliberately done, by the kitchen, and/or management! Who knows, after the Bs with the GM its possible. Not only did they send out a charcore burger, they attempted to hide the fact that it was burnt. First they turned the burger upside down so think no one would see it, then they slapped on sauce and whatever they could use to hide the burn marks. These con artists even went as far as to put a rare flag on top of the bun. This Proves They Did It Purposely!! And were too lazy to fix their own problems, and you pay $17 for that and they expect you to eat it! Plus an over priced $4 watered down Pepsi! So instead of making a new one, they basically steal another burger from another customer that was way beyond rare. They just threw it on a piece of bread and within 1 minute we had a new burger on the table. First another flag! Customer complains and they just throw something out there 1 minute after the complaint goes through????? Clueless in every event. They dont even take time to ensure the problem doesnt happen again, ensure its made the way the customer wants it, no consideration to make it better than the first one, so show they care about the customer and take the problem seriously, Nothing! This time a medium well done burger comes out. Same type of con job, with the rare flag the whole works. No consistency between the two, it was just a throw it out there type deal! The Pizza. Oh yes the pizza that they also had no clue into making. It just seems they just throw things in an oven and just forget about it. Its obviously their kitchen staff came from some mcdonalds or some place that they only use microwaves and the microwave has a timer! Out of 3 pizza 's, 2 of the were once again burnt to the point that you 'd get sick from eating something that is pure ash! Fi"
