"I asked for hot chocolate and they gave me a warm chocolate, the seasoned employee told me that is the way it comes out of the machine, then i said then it is a warm chocolate, not hot chocolate, could you microwave it and make it hot, the employee who i think was the manager, he said no because we can not take things back, then he started to walk away, and i said wait wait, you can take your warm chocolate and give me a new one then, he said ok. I think he did not care and was walking away and ignore my problem. They gave me another warm chocolate. Why they always blame the machines? The new employee next to him was nicer and understood the problem more and apologized. The place is nice, clean and the attitude of the new employee was better.
