Also my wine selection is sufficiently praised, good for ́s Sommelier Ego... The dishes were perfectly prepared and dressed, only the sour note of the Hollandaise was too lemony. The menu of the season includes a Mediterranean dessert, the yogurt ice cream with mint and forest fruits was wonderfully creamy and wonderfully rounded on the day. The remarkable Grappa selection could not be tested for drivers who suffer this time, but the day will come..."
