"I arrived at the University location at 8:15am on Sunday to find that the lobby was closed and the drive-through was blocked off. While sitting in my car trying to find the store hours, I saw a man exiting the back door of the store, confirming that it was indeed closed. I decided to drive to the College Rd location, which was less than five miles away. To my surprise, the same employee from the previous store pulled up next to me in his black Bronco, still in his Taco Bell uniform. I knocked on the lobby door at this location, only to find that it was also closed. The employee handed me his breakfast before I left, even though I was at a different store. I received my meal at 8:30am from an employee with a dirty face mask. I was shocked and disappointed to witness such blatant disregard for customer service and satisfaction. It is unacceptable that time, money, and resources were wasted in this manner. I hope that this situation is addressed, but I am not optimistic. Is this the standard for Fairbanks, AK?
