"Ordered online from the official website and paid right away. The food is really good, but it fails because of the service . Unfortunately, the cheesecake we ordered and paid for never arrived. Tried calling 3 times no one picked up. I filled out the contact form on the website no response. Wrote a message via Instagram no reply. So I paid something that I never received and the MyFelix employees don 't care."

"eating was almost chilled not talking about warm. the tzatziki (extra ordered) was not very tasteful. the pommes also cold. the lamb very cold and thus extra hard eating was lush but the half and edible would have been better"
