"They have a decent variety of items including Mexican style breakfast items. The waitresses are very nice and attentive. Their food tastes well made and seems to be fresh. Potato O?Brien is not made by the original standard (cubed) which I personally did not like. Another issue was that twice I?ve came here and found lipstick residue on the coffee mug but this seems to be a consistent issue amongst diners for some reason? Other than that I recommend this place over Denny?s."

"I give him a total of 3.5 out of 5. the customer service was a 4.5 out of 5, but the food was I gave him a lower rating could have been exactly what we ordered, but the quality did not taste the best at least for the bark and the cookies and gravy well the cookies were hard and the gravy was cold until I got the food. my wife ordered the cream cheese and the caramel French toast and there was hardly a cream cheese in between, so that was disappointing. the first time there and possibly our last will not leave a lasting impression, but only the future will say if we ever go again."

"Establishment is clean and service is average. Purchased 3 taco plate and large horchata for $22. Overpriced from the start. Thick double large tortilla with dry meats. Refried beans taste burned. Rice was very good. Horchata very very sweet, had to add water to help. 3/5 star."

"AWESOME! Online/app order (which,...if you've not yet downloaded utilized the app... YOU ARE missing out. Ultimate Cheeseburger $3, Medium Curly Fries FREE $3 tax for a VERY FULFILLING, DELICIOUS lunch!...but, I digress.. 1at time I've been to this particular location was VERY PLEASE IMPRESSED. FAST service, food was HOT, FRESH when I asked for a few Ranch dips... because, Jack has THE BEST Ranch dips among fast food chains, IMHO), they DID NOT HOLD BACK....(too often my request for a FEW results in all of 2... Or, a COUPLE as opposed to a FEW which, at least to my understanding of the term indicates GREATER/ than/NORTH of 2 a couple .. anyway), they gave me 3 or 4, which is PERFECT PRECISELY what I had requested.. hoped for ???. The young gal (very kind, gracious, young Latina) at the window greeted us with a welcoming smile, was courteous, professional, accommodating (again) NAILED IT on the Ranch, lol! Thank you for that! Like I said, my 1st visit to this location, but such tremendous service is NEVER lost on me, so WON'T be my last visit! Thanks for the EXCELLENT, FOOD, SERVICE RANCH, TEAM!"

"This was one of the worst experience I 've had. (our first time at Pancho Villas I made reservations to celebrate my husbands 50th birthday I really was disappointed with whole evening. The website was deciving. I wish I would have been made aware before I made a reservation that there were only two shows too choose from and after the 1st showing my party would have to pay our check, leave the restaurant then come back in to see if we could be reseated in order to continue our celebration. They only offered a special menu the food was expensive and tasteless it tasted like it came out of a can. The beans and rice looked like you could see thru it, smeared on the plate. Our server could not remember our order, she was overwhelmed. The only good thing to say was, the music was lovely; so that 's what I paid $350.00 for. I will never return to that restaurant nor recommend it."

"I was there this morning before work after my doctor's appointment and the manager was so nice and so professional he made the experience feel like I was in a regular restaurant not a fast food chain he asked everybody how they were and how was their meal. He constantly came by to check up on everybody and gave top-notch customer service experience when he did. In my opinion he's definitely a keeper and this is one of the nicest and cleanest Jack in the Box I think I've ever visited. I will definitely will be back."

"I was able to dine in during the pandemic. There is plenty of space in the dining area. I love the outside feeling even when you are inside the diner. There is also seating outside the restaurant. The food is delicious. If you like spicy salsa, you will love the red salsa. The food is authentic Mexican food. Freshly made corn and flour tortillas. The street that it's located on a busy street but there is plenty of parking."

"Honestly, the person taking orders was a bit unprofessional. She completely messed up my order the first time, and then they were out of one of the items I wanted. They also didn’t follow my special request. Since this isn't a place I usually go to, I'm not sure if I'll give them another chance. Paying $12 for a regular-sized burger meal feels quite expensive, especially since it wasn’t busy when I ordered."

"COVID 19 meat shortage caused by meat processing plants that closed for sterilization, apparently caused this drive thru on Sierra to have no Barbacoa, no shredded beef. They did have ground beef... so hamburgers they 've always been famous for offer variety if burgers. We settled for the combination burrito of ground beef, beans bacon, and it was good. We 've always liked food offered by Baker 's. We drive a van, so we find the drive thru at this location a 'tight ' turn, squeezing through. We 've heard there 's a better, more open spaced Baker 's behind IHOP restaurant on Foothill? Have not gone yet to confirm."

"It was my first visit and I will definitely be back. This place doesn't look like anything special from outside, but inside is a different story with its mosaic floors and mining history themed decor. It's very nice and my server was helpful and attentive. I ordered a waffle combo: bacon, eggs and waffles with sliced strawberries, candied pecans and house made Chantilly cream. Yes, that's right. It looks like the place to order Mexican food, but the waffles are something special."
