"I am in agreeance with Robert W. and Sarah B. I appreciate the memories I've had at this place. While my time here was valuable, I found that it was influenced by the poor management. During my work experience here, I and my colleagues faced many barriers in communication and support. Positive feedback was rare, and extremley negative comments were more than common, which impacted the our morale. On the other hand, my time at the restaurant down the road has been marked by a very different experience. Although it might not have the same atmopshere, it maintains a high standard of cleanliness as opposed to Patrick's and has a dedicated owner who is very involved in building his bussiness. He has built strong relationships with his customers and has a remarkable journey of building his business from scratch, showcasing his dedication and passion for hamburgers. He spends over ten hours every day, making every patty that leaves that kitchen, that is some devotion. P.S. I forgive the owner, and this can all change, just be kind to your staff. You'd keep them for longer and be happier yourself. Causing yourself constant anguish is not way to live. Let that anger go, I pray that you realize that you are hurting yourself when you are rude to others."
