"Definitely the best Taco truck in Colorado. One of the best taco restaurants in Colorado period, and in the run for the best nation wide. If they were served alcohol, I would be hard pressed to find a reason not to say that they are the best Taco spot in the USA. If you decide to eat, the views are great, although it is the Interstate. I had streets tacos in several states, including Ensenada and Rosarito, Mexico, and I literally ate hundreds of tacos in California. That was the best I ever had. The fish was perfectly crispy with fresh salad and Chipotle Mayo. The chorizo had spicy taste with exactly the right amount crispy. Tortillas were warmed with some crispy. All served several salsas, cut lime, cucumber slices and grilled jalapeno. If I had known how good they were, I would have ordered more, but I saw the menu advertising churros and ice cream! After the spices of Jalapeno and Tacos, the soft vanilla ice cream, dipped with a small caramel, served on the top the perfectly crispy but chewing fried churros with caramel filling, really on the point. I spent $15.50 for 2 tacos, horchata and churros with ice. And I left some mice in the drinking glass. I had to use the ATMs in the store because they're just cash. There's also a van parked. From now on, every time I fit, I'll stop here."
