"My girl and I came into Dallas from Chicago and randomly chose to try FireHouse Gastro Park and to our surprise we were not disappointed! We met the bartender Travon who is a Chicago native! Travon was amazing. He ensured that we chose the best option on the food and drink menu. Travon was very friendly and excited to help. His customer service is top notch and appreciate the experience he provided for my girl and I! Thank you."

"The food is great don't get me wrong and the staff always try there best to do what they can especially when drive thru is full, but this location seems to always take longer I was in line for almost an hour and yes I chose to stay also because it was hard for me to back up to leave there was like 20 cars almost but besides that the food is great and the employees are very kind plus I can't blame them for the location being a very busy restaurant if anything that's great business for them."

"who doesn't love a box-fit-a? the only thing that holds this from a 5-star rating is that they do not screw up my salat order 9 times from 10. they are always fast to correct the error, but the fact that I have to go inside to fix their mistake bugs me."

"These street tacos are absolutely delicious! My order came with cilantro and lime on the side, along with grilled onions underneath the tacos, making it easy to customize to your liking. The chips and guacamole were also very tasty. We decided to take our meal home to enjoy it since the restaurant is on the smaller side and is more geared towards take-out, although there is some seating available near the windows."

"Well I don't know yet how this place gotten so many good reviews but not from me like so many people before me I saw their billboard sign decided to stop in ordered the asada torta and I will not again first off I got an upset stomach to say the least and a Mexican torta should taste way better than this? The one star is kindness from me but that is all as I'm terribly disappointed I could've spent my money wiser."

"I just ordered the delivery from here, but I like to eat her. since, uber eats sent me a message that I ordered 14 times here, I think I should leave a review. in my experience there is nothing they do that is not good. it is always a safe bet for some really good pizza, pasta and sandwiches. the quality and taste is always consistent and very tasty. also I have never got salat that was not fresh, which cannot be said for other take-out or delivery places. in any case one of my favorites."

"Okay so, I reviewed this place once before when they first opened and was impressed back then, so I decided to give it another try recently and just… wow. I don’t understand how but this place just keeps improving. This is now the place my friends and I are talking about when we ask “Mannnn, you know what sounds so good right now?” LOLEverything just tastes so fresh and good, especially the crust. Not to mention the presentation. ? I’ve had pasta from there as well and it’s 10/10. The owners are friendly and cordial too. Wins all around :"

"Really enjoyed this with my wife. I had the salisbury steak, which came with mashed potatoes and gravy, and a cornbread muffin. Mac cheese curly seasoned fries as sides. Loved it all. The gravy was indistinguishable from meat-based gravy.My wife had the chicken sandwich. Nice big bun. Sandwich sauce was tangy tasty. Side of kale greens. Best kale we've ever had (although we're not big fans of kale).Owners were present and very attentive. Happy to answer questions.The place is very informal and one shouldn't have expected anything special from ambience.Only one suggestion. While we dined-in at the restaurant, the food came in to-go containers. Would have prefered plated service (even if disposable plates) for dine-in.We'll be back to try more from the menu!Vegetarian options: Totally vegan!"

"Formed broccoli!!! I ate two bites!! Before I came to death in a box (broccoli mold) I had the steak and appetizers that were ok I ate my roles were hard not good so that my experience was not great at this point. But I want my Broccoli to hold the shape!!!"

"Let's start with the restaurant itself - this is mainly a message for the owner: Clean up! I cannot stress this enough to you, please! Now, onto the food - everything in the pictures looked great and the presentation was nice, but there was no flavor at all. I would advise the owner to taste the food once in a while. I couldn't taste anything, even though everything was cooked well. The beans had no flavor at all, which is surprising because it's the simplest food to flavor. The bathrooms were also terrible - there is black mold on the ceiling and the toilets are disgusting. If that looks bad, imagine what the food says about the restaurant. The employees appeared very unhappy and the place is in need of big improvements. Please take care of it."

"Exactly what you'd expect a classic drive-in burger to taste like. The food is made simple and fresh, without seasoning, so what you get is the flavors of the ingredients that were used. The double cheeseburger was decent enough, the order arrived fast, and the car hop got everything right. It was an interesting experience, a slice of history, if you will, but some of the food could use an upgrade. I had high expectations once I pulled the perfectly cooked onion rings from my bag, but they didn't have much flavor, save for the oil they were cooked in. Same goes for the unsalted fries, but I added chili, cheese, and onions to them so they ended up being quite tasty. Next time I'll probably just get the burger and a root beer!"

"I had this place on my list to visit for a while. Well we'll be back soon. The atmosphere was nice designed well. The owner was GREAT we'r talked about everything while we waited for our food. This couldn't be a better place to eat. You cam just look at my pictures see that they make sure to take care id each customer not just get food out the door. Next time we'll be eating the pizza. Oh by the way, they also sell the pizza by the slice! Great job guys!"
