A cozy little place where before you even open the door to enter, enchanting aromas of earthy spices swirling in the air are enticing you to indulge. We had the SALMON TOAST**Whipped garlic chive cream cheese generously slathered a rustic slice of bread, topped with smoked salmon, pickled red onions and micro greens. A delicate balance of flavors that made my toes curl AVOCADO TOAST**All avocado toasts are not created equal! A rustic loaf, topped with creamy avocado, smoky chipotle tomato jam, punctuated by cilantro pepita pesto, pickled red onion, cotija cheese, and micro greens. Rich, creamy, decadence at first bite BISCUITS AND GRAVY**Soft, Buttery, Flaky, housemade biscuit, bathed in velvety chunky sausage gravy. My dish had the perfect amount of sausage to gravy ratio; the American dream on a plate!It was a delight to meet Owner Anna (who’s makeup was FLAWLESS/ SLAYING), her beautiful daughter and son, who work at the bistro as well. Our short interaction was very organic; they made me feel welcomed! It was evident that they have a passion for what they do and that passion was translated into their food.
