"Totally exceptional. Salmon Tartare is light, smooth, and citrusy, with the perfect amount of chili oil and green onion. Fig cocktail is like a whiskey sour with fig and tea notes, just great. Beef Bourginoun is incredibly tender. The jus is tangy and contrasts perfectly with the creamy, buttery potatoes. For dessert I had a cappuccino and the pumpkin mousse. The mousse was exactly pumpkin-spice and sweet, with a perfect amount of savoury. The bread, eggnog, brownie, and guava jelly were all welcome additions. Presentation and atmosphere were beautiful. Never have I ever been to a restaurant with similar service, everyone seems to be working very hard out here. Shad was a great server and I'll be back for my next extra-extra-special occasion."
