"What's up!!! Coming in with a hot take of a wonderful spot located in the heart of downtown Greer, SC, it's Select Restaurant. It is a must-visit destination for foodies seeking an exceptional dining experience. From the moment I walked in, I was struck by the warm and inviting atmosphere, which was accentuated by the friendly and attentive staff. First up was the burger, which was cooked to perfection and served with a generous portion of crispy fries. The patty was juicy and flavorful, with just the right amount of seasoning. The toppings, including melted cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onion, were fresh and added a nice crunch to the burger. Next, I tried the mussels, which were simply divine. The dish was presented beautifully, and the mussels were plump and juicy, with a rich and flavorful broth that had me savoring every bite. The dish was perfectly seasoned and made for a delightful starter. The Bruschetta was equally impressive. The bread was perfectly toasted and topped with fresh and flavorful ingredients, including diced tomatoes, basil, and balsamic vinegar. The combination of flavors and textures was spot on and made for a delicious appetizer. Our waiter, Blake, was attentive and knowledgeable, providing excellent suggestions and ensuring that our dining experience was top-notch. He was friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. Overall, Select Restaurant exceeded my expectations in every way. The food was outstanding, the atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the service was exceptional. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our experience here Saturday night. There are a lot of nice steakhouses in the Greenville area and what we really appreciated about Strip Club 104 was that it had quality steaks with a different twist on the steakhouse experience. They feature a lot of unique sauces that are paired with various appetizers, sides, and dinners. Between my husband, son, and I, we tried at least 10 different sauces. When it comes to steaks, we typically aren 't 'sauce people. ' We like the taste of the meat and enjoy our steak at a medium rare without condiments. I will say, though, that we really did enjoy all that Strip Club 104 had to offer. The sauces we tried really highlighted the food we tried instead of masking the flavor and it really created a cool experience for us. Between the three of us, we tried: fried lobster tail, filet, 18oz cowboy ribeye, flaming saganaki appetizer, mac and cheese, onion rings, fried green tomatoes, okra, sweet potato crunch, brownie and ice cream, and the Italian cake. Nit picky details to consider if you 're trying to figure out if this is your type of steakhouse: Overall, everything we had was wonderful. We, personally, prefer steaks that are seared versus just grilled, but the flavor profile and quality of meat was top notch and all three steaks were cooked to a perfect medium rare. The cooking style would not keep us from returning. A lot of the top tier steakhouses in the area have served me filet with a ton of silver skin or a tough fibrous texture. Strip 104 's quality was excellent none of those issues here. I did appreciate that, unlike a lot of other top tier steakhouses in the area, Strip 104 's menu was not a la carte each steak comes with two sides. With that being said, their cowboy ribeye is a bit overpriced for this area. Our favorite area steakhouse (Chophouse '47) offers their 22 oz cowboy prime ribeye for $40 cheaper than the Strip Club 104. Everything else that we ate was comparably priced for the area and definitely worth the price. Teddy, our server, gave us attentive service without being overbearing. The service here felt a bit more casual than at other nice steakhouses in the area, but the attentiveness of the service wasn 't lacking at all. This is definitely a restaurant we will put in our regular rotation and highly recommend it."

"Dads review corner here. Welcome to Mutts Barbecue in Greer, South Carolina, folks! This down-home barbecue joint is a must-visit for anyone looking for some of the best slow-cooked meat in the state. As soon as I walked in, I was hit with the sweet, smoky aroma of barbecue. The restaurant is cozy and inviting, with friendly staff and a laid-back atmosphere. The menu is simple but packed with mouthwatering options, from pulled pork to brisket to sausage. I tried the pulled pork sandwich, and let me tell you, it did not disappoint. The meat was tender and juicy, with a perfect balance of seasoning and smoke. The sandwich came with a side of tangy coleslaw, which complemented the pork perfectly. I also tried the mac and cheese, which was creamy and flavorful, with just the right amount of cheesy goodness. One thing that sets Mutts Barbecue apart from other barbecue joints in the area is their commitment to using high-quality ingredients. All of their meats are sourced from local farms and are slow-cooked over hickory wood for hours to ensure maximum flavor and tenderness. The sides are made from scratch and are the perfect complement to the flavorful meats. The staff at Mutts Barbecue are some of the friendliest and most knowledgeable around. The owner, Mike, is often on hand to chat with customers and make recommendations. He takes pride in his restaurant and is passionate about providing customers with the best possible dining experience. The atmosphere at Mutts Barbecue is relaxed and casual, with plenty of seating both inside and outside. The restaurant is family-friendly and has a kids' menu, making it the perfect spot for a family dinner or a casual lunch with friends. In terms of value, Mutts Barbecue is hard to beat. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable. You definitely get your money's worth here, and the quality of the food speaks for itself. Overall, I highly recommend Mutts Barbecue to anyone in the Greer area looking for some delicious, authentic barbecue. From the friendly staff to the high-quality ingredients to the mouthwatering meats, this restaurant is a true gem. So why not stop in, grab a cold drink, and enjoy some of the best barbecue around? "I'm is coarse a fan of the downtown pub with a brick walls and me classic oldies on the radio so... I especially enjoyed the environment. The only caveat about this restaurant is that they don't open till 4:30 on Friday and Saturdays so keep that in mind when planning your dinner time out... but know it's worth the wait. The staff is also very welcoming and friendly, and although they don't open till 4:30 when the sun is trying to set in the spring and they tried to set us by the window in the blinding setting sun... We ended up at a high-top table near the bar that was comfy and still fairly quiet but also near the central hub of activity. For an appetizer we started with the sausage and cheese dip. It was delish, my husband liked all the meat and cheese and I like the fresh bits of onion and tomato that garnish the center and for me balanced out the richness of the sausage and cheese dip. I got a sweet tea with lemons because I prefer an Arnold Palmer that's not mixed with high fructose corn syrup of fake lemonade... The sweet tea in and of itself was pretty great considering I don't usually enjoy the overly sweet and Southern style sweet teas served in the south... but this was very nicely balanced with the strong bitterness of the black tea against the light sweetness of the sugar. My tea went extremely well with the the great oyster house burger and those perfectly crispy double fried seasoned french fries. I would prefer the burger without the fried onion strings as I think they just added a lot of grease and not a whole lot of flavor. But otherwise having to eat a well done burger due to pregnancy, I found it still perfectly juicy and delicious. My husband got a Seasonal Sam Adams on tap that paired nicely with his fresh raw Blue Point Oysters from Prince Edwards Island. He especially liked the horseradish paired with the oysters. Our waitress Katie excellent, not overly attentive but kept an eye out for when if we needed anything. Overall I would recommend this place and definitely come back another time."
