"Usually go to the Bay St. Louis location . Pizza was ok. What cut our visit short was the obvious increase of volume and change of music once boss man left . It was already at a volume that made dining in near unbearable . Led Zep on full throttle along with the Weather Channel blaring. The young crew , though doing their work , cranked the rap music and that's all we needed to get the rest of our food to go and know that we would not return . Shame with such a good product that the crew turns the place into a regrettable mistake . Crack that whip , boss man . We'll keep driving to Bay St. Louis, even if we have to hold out until we know they're open that day ."

"Friends mentioned this place to us last weekend, said they had really good burgers here. We decided to try it for dinner tonight. We ordered takeout. Arrived to the quaint little restaurant. All of the staff greeted me. Just another thing to love about Gulfport. We ordered pasta with meatballs which comes with salad and garlic bread, and the grouper sandwich with fries. Our order was in TWO bags! The amount of food is insane, in a good way! Got home and dug in, too quickly to take photos. Everything was cooked fresh. The grouper was lightly fried in panko bread crumbs, 3 fillets on the sandwich! 2 massive meatballs in the pasta, ordered extra because hubby is an eater. The fries, they’re fresh cut fries! Omg, the best we’ve had in a long time. Neither of us could finish our meals. One word sums up the food, delicious, the restaurant, amazing! Thank you!"

"Well, the loaded, curly fries were kinda gross and generic. I could have gotten the same thing if I grabbed a handful of stale, tortilla chips and some runny, nasty, nacho, squeeze cheese at your local convenience store. But...the drive thru line was considerably shorter than any other fast food dive at that time. So, everything evened out. Ha!????"

"Great place to meet with friends and get drinks! I got chicken tacos, which were dry but not terrible! and it was pretty good. The restaurant had a good indoor, outdoor vibe with plenty of seating. Personally I think the place was a little over priced for what you get. Our service was slow and the place was dirty. Every restaurant has bad days, so I will definitely be back to try it for a second time!"

"Our family of 5 were sat in an area very near the bar (open concept). There was a patron who was talking and cursing very loudly on FaceTime. The manager spoke to her and the woman came over to apologize to us. Our kids ordered steak tacos, ribeye, shrimp pasta. My husband and I split the Rack House ribeye. After waiting awhile, we were told that our food had to be remade due to a door being shut on our server. Our kids’ food came out fine, however the Rack House ribeye came out over cooked and cold. Lauren, the manager, immediately made it right by having the kitchen manager remake our meal. We were also offered a discount. Our glasses were refilled by management. I appreciate this restaurant being upfront and responsive."

"Use to be the go to place in Gulfport for good sushi, in the last few months the fish cuts have gotten smaller, messy cuts, old tasting and service down right bad. "The place was busy, to be expected on a Friday night. I say it was worth the wait. This place came recommended by Go Topless Fishing Charters, Capt. Matt, after a day spent catching Blacktip North Atlantic Sharpnose Sharks. We walked in with our catch and Chef Milton took care of the rest. Literally had no idea what was about to be served. Chef Milton made 5 different plates, some fried some pan seared. Each of them had their own unique flavor profile, texture, and presentation. This exceeded our expectations in every way. Chef Milton is a master at his craft, very impressive! Thank you for a great experience. Highly recommend!!"

"this place actually deserves to be shut down not only for violation against human labor laws but for the minimum wage . I was former server here I did just quit because my checks were only 2.15 a hour I was living off tips I made from people I have to serve even then I had to even give up that money because I worked around thieves my check out money would get stolen you already know the establishment only cared about themselves what money they needed. there's also a lot of animal problems like rats raccoons in the trash cans in the back of the restaurant small roaches and water bugs crawling around the kitchen."

"0 stars if it was possible. Tonight me and my husband ordered food at 12:02 via online. We pull through the drive through and the lady tells us they don’t have any beef it would be 15 to 20 minutes before they had some. We said that’s totally fine we’ll wait. Keep in mind we already paid via online. She tells us to go to the parking lot and they will bring it out to us. Again that’s fine so we do so. 15 minutes goes by we don’t hear anything 20 minutes goes by still nothing. My husband calls and no answer. 30 minutes nothing. So he goes up to the door and knocks and no one acknowledges him. So he waits and keeps knocking and nothing. He came back to the car and its almost one in the morning. Goes through the drive through and on the ordering machine it says they are closed. We are in utter shock and drive to the window. The lady looks dead at us and is smiling but not coming to the window as my husband is talking asking her where his food is and he’s been waiting for an hour and after 5 minutes she decided to come to the window….starts being disrespectful and acting like she didn’t know we were waiting in the parking lot like SHE TOLD US T0. An hour and still no food! Then when we did get it the coffee didn’t even have sugar in it and the food was cold……this is completely unexpected and if this is how y’all treat y’all’s customers then y’all need new employees… I love Taco Bell but this is absolutely ridiculous…….I’m not the one to complain either but this needed to be addressed!"

"On Saturday afternoon we stopped for lunch and everything went well after we had ordered that I went to the ketchup dispensers, and noticed that you almost saw discolored ketchup orange as it contained Mayo). I showed the cashier and she made a face and said Eew! She told the manager. His answer is what really caught me. He turns and throws about eight ketchup packs on the counter and goes off. I told him the other donor was good, but my concern was that someone would get sick when they ate the discolored ketchup. He never commented or seemed worried at any point. For the next fifteen minutes we ate beside the donors and at no time did he or someone else even come and looked at the problem. This is not acceptable, and I hope you will take care of it. I worked in the service industry and was shocked that he never recognized the problem. I'm also a McDonald's warehousekeeper, and I don't want anything free in response to this complaint. I just hope that you will take care of an obvious problem and possibly prevent someone from getting sick. *I also have pictures of the ketchup if you want to see them. Thank you for your time...."

"Eat at this McDonald's pretty much every day. The employees are usually all pretty nice and helpful and the place is always kept clean the only downside is there's no self service drink machine like most McDonald's has and Im not sure if it's due to being short staffed but they tend to close the lobby at random times throughout the day which is very annoying if your carless as my self"

"Stopped in for breakfast and they were crowded, but we sat at the counter which didn't take long. Our server Vicky waited on my party of 5 and another family like a pro. You could tell the workers were kind of frustrated with the big crowd that morning, but all and all they worked it out. Food was good service was good and I was a happy customer."

"Absolutely love this place! Whenever we?re back home visiting family, this is always our go to stop for breakfast before we get back on the road. They?re always extremely quick and efficient with our stuff and we never have to wait long. The parking lot is always clean and the staff is extremely friendly helpful as well. Tan (the manager) is really sweet. She?s full of life and honestly a complete character. Knowing that she cares about her job and takes it as seriously as she does is what keeps us coming back after all these years. Love this place and her!"

"It was my goal to try all the steak houses in the area... they are definitely number 2 in the area. (Just my opinion) Extremely quick service from order to delivery of appetizers and main meal, great atmosphere. We ordered the onion petals as an appitizer, ribeye steak and lamb chops. For sides we got salads, loaded baked potatoe, sweet potatoe, and brussel sprouts. The steak was cooked to perfection as medium rare. But the seasoning utilized was a strong pepper and overwhelmed any other flavor the steak may have had. The crust was excellent but only on 1 side of the steak. The ribeye was a pristine cut, with a perfect fat marbeling to meat ratio. The lamb chops were excellent. They came with 4 chops on a bed of mashed potatoes and a spinach. The salads were normal and while they do make there own dressings. The ranch was a little bit too watery and lacked a strong flavor, the honey mustard was good!! But the dressing that was EXCELLENT was the raspberry vinaigrette..highly recommend that dressing. The bread loaf and butter were delish. Now the reason I will continue to return is the brussel sprouts. Perfectly crisp and the honey glaze was absolutely devine!! Definitely would recommend coming for their lamb chops and brussel sprouts"

"The few times that I have been there around 10:15pm on weekdays the customer service is really bad. Their speaker system is inaudible and it takes them at least a minute to acknowledge your vehicle. The young woman who has served me twice is always unprofessional. She barely even acknowledges you and always pulls you up for your order even if your total was less than $4 dollars. One night she even answered her cellphone while handing me my order that I waited in for 10 minutes while I was the only car in the drive through!"
