"We are staying in a nearby city Harsefeld, and our hostess suggesting spending time seeing Buxtehude. The city is old world quaint, cobble stone sidewalks and walking streets with plazas filled with tables for enjoying the evening. My surprise was finding Abthaus, it was the...front of building that drew me to the sailor sitting on the bench. We walked in and were warmly greeted to outdoor seating on the patio in the back of the dining room. Our meal was just the finishing touch of sightseeing in Buxtehude. We ordered roast beef, perfectly prepared with salad and the most delicious potatoes and ordered filet of fried fish, tender and juicy with mashed potatoes. Our dessert was walnut ice cream with an amazing chocolate mousse cake. Thank you to chef, staff and our waitress."

"a typical huge amount of lunch table dressing makes the selection difficult. these dishes, including early roll or suppe or salat (the latter can be forgotten!) are very inexpensive and qualitatiw good with large portions to get really fed. every time it annoys the addition of liqueur-like drink.The ambiente is common as with chinese, what you want more. in the afternoon, the rake thickness is full."

"bester kebab I tried to live in my life. they don't speak English, but still their best to understand me and give me what I wanted. I have a drum dispenser and I can say it was perfect. they do not cook the lamb in the typical machine, but they do it differently and add mushrooms to it. it was simple and pure amazing. I would like to have a similar location near me. pstd. compared to other kebabs this was somewhat more expensive, but due to the quality and quantity, I think it is quite worth."

"as a shame as eating is beautiful and authentic Spanish. but the employees are obviously trained to sell at any occasion. it is a Spanish restaurant and we decided to order all tapas dishes. we were quite explicit about it. but two of the courts. they brought us the most important cures. the first we recognized and they changed it, but the second was the pulp a la gallega and we only realized that they brought us a main course when we got the bill. if that had not been, I would not mention the €7,50 for a bottle of water! they can say that is their mode operandi. If it doesn't make them tear off, then that is eating and the ambiente is pretty good."

"I frequent the place at least once a month and I wasn't disappointed until now. As starters they mainly serve tapas, but always ask for the daily special, as it changes. Last week I had a grilled carrot on carrot mouse. The mouse was excellent...with strong, but not overwhelming flavor. Then you can chose usually between 2 main courses. I had the fish. Perfectly pan fried, with enough juice, but not too dry. On top were black truffles. Although the truffles were not too strong in their flavor, it was a perfect mix with the fish. The restaurant usually has a couple of wines, which are also changing from time to time. We tried the Portuguese White one, which was not fruity, more to the flower, fresh hey style with many woody notes. Not perfect for a lone summer evening, but very good to the fish. The place is excellent for parties of maybe 20 to 30 people and it feels cosy. I prefer to sit in the main room and not along the wall at the side. Table reservations are really necessary, but I found that if you come early, that they might be able to squeeze you in. The service is very observing, fast and very helpful when you cannot decide what to eat, and it is not the most expensive choice, but one that fits with the other dishes you order. I am looking forward to go there again."

"besides the fact that we could have a short chat with tim, that was surprise eating much more than expected. the very friendly team offered a very good service through the contact and talk with us. the suggested mite wine (merlo white) was a very good combination to full flour. the Asian style European food combination, where very tasty. everything again. the warm atmosphere in modern interieur gave us a fantastic evening. we felt like a part of the team as open arrangements that provide a lasting integration. the chef de cuisine presented an amazing level and we discovered a delicious journey through modern eating art."

"we are here regularly and it is always delicious. nothing unusual hold ne standard card. which is really well implemented! the salate is the hammer! have never gotten better! in the summer you can sit outside. all super!!!Two petty things I would have criticized: sometimes we get something to take, the portions fluctuate quite beautifully. Last time we had ordered a few people. there was the small portion as large as the others. from time to time, there is the meat in an extra dish from time to time with pommes in one. (the portions are again quite small)And earlier the tzaziki tasted better. that didn't taste so stupid after garlic and wasn't so burning. but is a good taste....Inserts as I said only to recommend!!!The best smell in the opposite!"

"I run almost every day past the schar, because it lies directly between u3 eppendorfer baum and u1 klosterstern, at the intersection with isestrasse, eppendorfer baum and hochallee. they open on Sunday at 10 a.m. to brunch and it was highly recommended. we arrived at 9:30 a.m. and were not so politely informed about the opening times! we were allowed to sit on a table, but good (business) manage would mean the offer to bring already coffee or drinks to keep the customer. at 9:58 they started with orders when all the exteriors were full. the breakfast options are plentiful and small orders can be made aside. the prices are high, it is eppendorf. Once they get it right with service and attention, it would be a top restaurant."

"near the railway station altona we fled on a small place for the rain in this restaurant. the atmosphere was warm and welcoming, a view of the menu left us there. no regret, the service was friendly and fast. the wine tasted good and. the food was excellent. the prices were very reasonable. after an amaretto from the house we had a nice evening, one of the best meals we had in hamburg. search for this restaurant when they are in altona. they will not be disappointed."
